[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan menggunakan kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel di salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Engineering, Procurement, dan Construction, yaitu PT. Rekayasa Industri (Rekind) dan melibatkan 273 responden (karyawan Rekind) yang masa kerjanya di bawah 5 tahun dan mayoritas merupakan karyawan dengan usia di generasi Y. Berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior, keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh sikap (attitude), norma subyektif (subjective Norm), dan kontrol perilaku individu (Perceived Behavioral Control). Penulis menambahkan satu variabel yang mempengaruhi keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tiggal di perusahaan, yaitu kontrol praktik perusahaan (perceived organizational work practices) yang terbagi menjadi dua praktik, diihat dari sisi financial dan non financial. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sikap, norma subyektif, kontrol perilaku individu, dan kontrol praktik perusahaan sisi finansial berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan. Sedangkan kontrol praktik perusahaan sisi non finansial berpengaruh negatif dan nyata terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan.

The study aims to predict employee?s intention to stay in the company by using Theory of Planned Behavior Perspective. The sample for this study is 273 from one of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company, called PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind). The sample are under 5 years of service employees in rekind which majority consist of Y Generation. Based on Theory of Planned Behavior, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control are affected intention to stay. Perceived organizational work practices was included as one of independent variable which is in previous study affected intention to stay. the hypothesis testing was using Multiple Regression Analysis. The research conclude that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived organizational work practices (financial) are positive affected intention to stay. Pekerja yang melakukan kegiatan berulang-ulang dalam satu siklus sangat rentan mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal. Kelelahan muskuloskeletal merupakan keluhan pada bagian-bagian otot skeletal yang dirasakan oleh seseorang mulai dari keluhan sangat ringan sampai sangat sakit. Kelelahan ini biasanya terjadi bukan hanya karena jenis pekerjaannya yang berulang, tetapi juga banyak faktor lainnya yang menyebabkan hal ini seperti cara kerja dan kondisi tempat kerja atau peralatan yang tidak ergonomis. Apabila pekerjaan berulang tersebut dilakukan dengan cara yang nyaman, sehat dan sesuai dengan standar yang ergonomis, maka tidak akan menyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal dan semua pekerjaan akan berlangsung dengan efektif dan efisien. Lini pengemasan Surf PT. Unilever Indonesia terdiri dari 7 stasiun kerja yang baru beroperasi sekitar 4 bulan yang belum memiliki standar dan cara kerja yang ergonomis, terbukti dari banyaknya packer yang mengeluh kelelahan muskuloskeletal. Bahkan beberapa packer berhenti bekerja karena kondisi dan cara kerjanya. Perusahaan menginginkan identifikasi penyebab terjadinya hal ini beserta dengan penyelesaian masalahnya. Jenis pekerjaan pada lini pengemasan ini adalah pekerjaan ringan yang berulang, maka untuk mengidentifikasi masalah ini diperlukan metode yang tepat dan sesuai. Metode yang paling tepat dengan kondisi seperti ini adalah metode OCRA (OCcupational Repetitive Action). Metode OCRA yang pertama kali ditemukan oleh Occhipinti dan Colombini ini merupakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengidentifikasi cara kerja yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan berulang khusus alat gerak tubuh bagian atas. Metode ini mengklasifikasikan tingkat resiko pada tiga zona, tidak beresiko, agak beresiko, dan beresiko. Setelah kondisi awal diidentifikasi, menghasilkan indeks OCRA sebesar 3.77 untuk bagian kanan (beresiko) dan 3.32 untuk bagian kiri (agak beresiko). Kemudian dilakukanlah upaya pengurangan resiko dengan mengurangi tindakan teknis dan mengeliminasi postur tubuh yang tidak ergonomis. Hasilnya, indeks OCRA turun menjadi 0.72 untuk alat gerak tubuh atas kanan dan alat gerak tubuh atas kiri. Indeks di bawah 1 merupakan nilai yang optimal bagi pekerja untuk melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik.
Operators, doing repetitive action tasks in a cycle, are very susceptible in suffering musculoskeletal disorder. Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorder is a pain in muscle and tendon skeletal which felt by people whether it is a symptom or serious condition. This tiredness is caused not only by the repetitive action tasks, but also by other factors such as work method, workstation, and tools which are not ergonomic. When all the element and the method of the repetitive action tasks in work system fit with ergonomic standard, musculoskeletal disorders will be reducing and all the task can be performed effectively and efficient. Surf packaging line in PT Unilever Indonesia consist of 7 work station have been operating about 4 months and do not have any ergonomic standard of work, proven by the packers resigned from this job. Company would like to identify the root of problem and solve it by using the right method appropriate to the repetitive action job. OCRA method might be appropriate for reducing risk of ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorder at this repetitive action task line. This method found by Occhipinti and Colombini is a quantitative method to identify and reducing risk at repetitive action task specifically for upper limb. The type of risk will be classified in three zone, acceptable, average, and not acceptable. From identifying the previous condition, OCRA indexes are resulted 3.77 for right upper limb (risk) and 3.32 for left upper limb (low risk). Then, by reducing the technical action and eliminating the awkward postures, the OCRA indexes repeatedly count. The result is 0.72 for both upper limbs. The OCRA index below 1 is the optimal score for operator to work the job well.
