"Construction industry is one of the most important sectors in Indonesia. Nowadays, this sector still gets several problems that require improvement to achieve sustainability in globalization world. To fix internal factor deviation is a required initial step, because the internal factor is formed from company itself and could be controlled by company organization, such as management, human resources, financial and machine. The better approach to increase the performance in Construction Company is to identify and analyze the influence of internal factors to sustainability. Company sustainability is one of important indicators for company success.The objective of this research is to identify internal factors, which could influence the performance of company sustainability. From field survey or questionnaire distribution and statistics analysis, to be found the most important internal factor in successful of sustainability. This research shows that the management and human resources factors are the important internal factor in sustainability. Therefore, good controlling in the internal factors will increase company successful in sustainability."
