Abstrak :
In this evaluation of the international legal standing of the right to reparation and its practical implementation at the national level, Christine Evans outlines State responsibility and examines the jurisprudence of the International Court of Justice, the Articles on State Responsibility of the International Law Commission and the convergence of norms in different branches of international law, notably human rights law, humanitarian law and international criminal law. Case studies of countries in which the United Nations has played a significant role in peace negotiations and post-conflict processes allow her to analyse to what extent transitional justice measures have promoted State responsibility for reparations, interacted with human rights mechanisms and prompted subsequent elaboration of domestic legislation and reparations policies. In conclusion, she argues for an emerging customary right for individuals to receive reparations for serious violations of human rights and a corresponding responsibility of States.

Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas perubahan semantis dan perubahan leksikal yang terjadi di dalam istilah tata busana. Data dalam skripsi ini adalah istilah tata busana yang terdapat di dalam majalah Femina dan Gadis yang beredar pada tahun 1970-an dan 2000-an. Skripsi ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan istilah tata busana yang ditemukan berdasarkan penggunaannya. Tujuan lainnya adalah menjelaskan perubahan semantis dan perubahan leksikal yang terjadi pada data. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saya menemukan adanya kecenderungan terjadinya perubahan semantis tipe spesialisasi dan perubahan leksikal yang terjadi pada data. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saya menemukan adanya kecenderungan terjadinya perubahan semantis tipe spesialisasi dan perubahan leksikal tipe bertambahnya sebuah istilah di dalam istilah tata busana yang dijadikan data.

This thesis discusses the semantic and lexical changes in the technical terms of fashion. The data of this thesis is the technical terms of fashion used in Femina and Gadis magazines which was published around the years 1970 and 2000. The aim of this thesis is to describe the technical terms of fashion based on its use in the magazine. Another aim is to clarify the semantic and lexical changes which occur in the data. This is a qualitative research using a qualitative method. As a result of this thesis, I have found a tendency in the use of specialization (semantic change) and addition in the lexicon (lexical change) with in the technical of fashion used as data.
