"Proses perencanaan obat yang tidak optimal menyebabkan terjadinya permasalahan stok obat seperti obat kadaluarsa atau stock out. Permasalahan ini juga terjadi pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit terutama dalam pengendalian stock Barang Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) dan stok barang program COVID-19.  Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan dan prioritas pengadaan alat kessehatan BMHP dan program COVID-19 berdasarkan analisis VEN. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan retrospektif dan studi literatur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan tidak ada item yang termasuk ke dalam kategori Vital (V), lalu 54 item yang termasuk ke dalam kategori Esensial (E), sedangkan yang masuk dalam kelompok Non esensial (N) adalah 61 item.

The drug planning process that is not optimal causes drug stock problems such as expired drugs or stock outs. This problem also occurs at the Duren Sawit District Health Center, especially in controlling the stock of Consumable Medical Goods (BMHP) and the stock of goods for the COVID-19 program. This report aims to find out the uses and priorities for procuring Consumable Medical Goods and the COVID-19 program based on VEN analysis. The method used is a retrospective approach and literature study. The results obtained showed that there were no items included in the Vital (V) category, then 54 items were included in the Essential (E) category, while 61 items were included in the Non-essential (N) group."

Tatarasa Primatama sebagai Pedagang Besar Farmasi yang masih dalam ruang lingkup CDOB sehingga dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan jaminan mutu obat tetap baik sampai diterima oleh pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Kebijakan keamanan informasi perlu diterapkan di PT. Tatarasa Primatama dalam rangka menjaga mutu informasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan pendistribusian agar tercapainya informasi yang terjaga kerahasiaannya, integritasnya, dan ketersediaannya.

PT. Tatarasa Primatama as a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler is quite a lot involved with important information related to personal employee, partner, supplier and customer data, business information related to buying and selling transactions (cash flow, profits, etc.), company advantages, legal compliance, corporate image, and other important information. Apart from the important human resources, personal information/data in PT. Tatarasa Primatama is also an important asset that requires an information security policy. This study aims to determine whether this information security policy can be applied at PT. Tatarasa Primatama as a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler which is still within the scope of CDOB so that it can be carried out properly and the quality assurance of medicines remains good until they are received by customers. The method used is observation and literature study. The results obtained are that the information security policy needs to be implemented at PT. Tatarasa Primatama in order to maintain the quality of information in the implementation of procurement, storage and distribution activities in order to achieve information that is kept confidential, integrity and availability."

"edication error (interaksi obat dan duplikasi terapi), ketidakpatuhan dan efek samping obat sehingga diperlukan pengkajian resep, baik adminitrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis untuk meminimalkan risiko medication error akibat pemberian obat polifarmasi. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengkajian resep yang meliputi kajian administrasi, kajian farmasetik, dan kajian klinis terhadap resep polifarmasi yang masuk ke Apotek Roxy Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan, bahwa aspek administrasi berupa data berat badan dan nomor telepon dokter perlu dilengkapi pada kedua resep dan dari aspek farmasetik perlu ditanyakan kembali kepada dokter yang meresepkan terkait bentuk sediaan (resep 1) dan data stabilitas obat (resep 1 dan 2). Dari aspek klinis pada resep 1 perlu dilakukan penambahan aturan pakai medixon dan alopurinol sementara resep 2 terdapat potensi interaksi obat.

The use of drugs in large quantities can lead to an increased risk of medication errors (drug interactions and duplication of therapy), non-compliance and side effects of drugs, so it is necessary to study prescriptions, both administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical to minimize the risk of medication errors due to the administration of polypharmacy drugs. This report aims to conduct a prescription review which includes administrative review, pharmaceutical review, and clinical review of polypharmacy prescriptions that enter the Roxy Depok Pharmacy. The method used is literature study. The results obtained show that the administrative aspects in the form of weight data and the doctor's telephone number need to be completed on both prescriptions and from the pharmaceutical aspect it is necessary to ask the prescribing doctor regarding the dosage form (prescription 1) and drug stability data (recipes 1 and 2). From a clinical aspect, prescription 1 needs to be added to the rules for using medixon and allopurinol, while prescription 2 has the potential for drug interactions."

"Limfoma non-Hodgkin (LNH) merupakan salah satu jenis limfoma yang ditandai dengan keberadaan sel Reed-Sternberg. Regimen kemoterapi yang paling sering digunakan pada pengobatan LNH adalah kombinasi Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, dan Prednisone atau disebut juga regimen R-CHOP atau regimen kemoterapi tanpa Rituximab (regimen CHOP). Penggunaan kombinasi obat ini dapat menyebabkan risiko efek samping pada pasien. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh regimen pengobatan LNH terhadap efek samping yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara secara prospektif ke pasien LNH di RSUP Fatmawati periode bulan Februari. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dosis pengobatan pasien LNH belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan protokol pengobatan LNH menggunakan regimen R-CHOP/CHOP karena 4 dari 8 (50 %) pasien yang didata belum mendapatkan regimen lengkap R-CHOP/CHOP. Di sisi lain pengobatan kanker LNH dengan kombinasi R-CHOP memberikan hasil pengobatan yang cukup baik kepada pasien yang dapat ditunjukkan dengan benjolan yang berkurang di tiap siklusnya dan minimum efek samping yang terjadi.

Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) is a type of lymphoma characterized by the presence of Reed-Sternberg cells. The chemotherapy regimen most often used in the treatment of NHL is a combination of Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone or also called the R-CHOP regimen or chemotherapy regimen without Rituximab (CHOP regimen). The use of this drug combination can cause a risk of side effects in patients. This report aims to determine the effect of the NHL treatment regimen on the side effect that occurs. The method used was observation and prospective interviews with NHL patients at RSUP Fatmawati for the period of February. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the treatment dose for NHL patients is not fully in accordance with the NHL treatment protocol using the R-CHOP/CHOP regimen because 4 out of 8 (50%) patients who were recorded did not receive the complete R-CHOP/CHOP regimen. On the other hand, the treatment of NHL cancer with the combination of R-CHOP provides quite good treatment results for patients which can be shown by the reduced lumps in each cycle and the minimum side effects that occur."
