"ABSTRAK
Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang paling sering ditemukan di negara berkembang. ACE berperan penting pada mekanisme hipertensi yaitu mengatur tekanan darah dengan mengubah angiotensin I menjadi angiotensin II. Suruhan atau Peperomia pellucida (Piperaceae) memiliki efek antihipertensi dengan menghambat ACE dan memiliki dua fraksi yang aktif dalam menghambat ACE, yaitu fraksi etil asetat yang banyak mengandung flavonoid dan fraksi DCM yang banyak mengandung alkaloid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti lebih lanjut aktivitas penghambatan ACE dari fraksi yang kaya akan flavonoid dan alkaloid suruhan. Dilakukan juga uji total fenol, total flavonoid, dan total alkaloid. Uji dilakukan secara in-vitro dengan menggunakan metode Cushman dan Cheung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata persen penghambatan fraksi etil 81,97% dan fraksi DCM 33,61%. Nilai IC50 fraksi etil 4,73μg/mL dan nilai IC50standarkaptopril 2,38 μg/mL. Hasil uji total fenol fraksi etil 551,70 mg/gram asam galat dan fraksi DCM 503,70 mg/gram asam galat. Total flavonoid fraksi etil adalah 7,06 mg/gram kuersetin sedangkan total alkaloid fraksi DCM adalah 29,59 mg/gram piperin. Senyawa yang diduga bertanggung jawab dalam penghambatan ACE adalah senyawa fenol. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat memiliki aktivitas penghambatan ACE yang lebih tinggi daripada fraksi DCM dari Peperomia pellucida.
ABSTRACT
Hypertension is found often in developed country. Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) had an important role in blood pressure regulation by converting angiotensin I into angiotensin II. Shiny bush or Peperomia pellucidahas antihypertensive activity by inhibiting ACE. This plant (Piperaceae) has two active fractions on inhibiting ACE that content flavonoid and alkaloid as the higher component. This research’s aim is further observation on fractions that have high flavonoid and alkaloid content. The enzyme assay was done by using Cushman and Cheung method. Total Phenolic Content (TPC), Total Flavonoid Content (TFC), and Total Alkaloid Content (TAC) were also done. The result is fraction with flavonoid content has the higher activity on inhibiting ACE with IC504,73μg/mL and IC50captopril 2,38 μg/mL. The result of TPC on flavonoidal fraction and alkaloidal fraction are 551,70 mg/gram gallic acid and 503,77 mg/gram gallic acid. The result of TFC of flavonoidal fraction is 7,06 mg/gram quercetine while the result of TAC on alkaloidal fraction is 29,59 mg/gram piperine. Compound that seems to be responsible for the ACE inhibition is fenol. The conclusion is etil asetat fraction has more potential activity in ACE inhibition thanDCM fraction of Peperomia pellucida."

"Program Eliminasi Filariasis termasuk dalam Rencana Strategis Kementerian Kesehatan RI 2010-2014 dengan satuan lokasi berupa Kabupaten/Kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat aktivitas Kader Puskesmas dalam Program Eliminasi Filariasis dengan cakupan pengobatan massal Filariasis di Kota Depok.
Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional, dengan sampel penelitian berupa seluruh Kader Puskesmas di Kelurahan Sukmajaya dan Tirtajaya. Variabel tingkat aktivitas diukur dengan kuesioner, sedangkan data cakupan pengobatan massal Filariasis diperoleh secara sekunder dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang bermakna antara tingkat aktivitas Kader di Kelurahan Sukmajaya dan Tirtajaya dengan cakupan pengobatan massal Filariasis (p=0,56).

Filariasis elimination has become one of the health priorities embodied in Indonesia as manifested in the national program of infectious disease eradication. Filariasis Elimination Program is included in the Ministry of Health Strategic Plan 2010-2014, with District/City Health Department as its program executors. This study is aimed to determine the relationship of the health cadres in the community health centers specifically in the Filariasis Elimination Program with filariasis Mass Drug Administration (MDA) coverage in Depok.
The study uses cross-sectional design, with a sample of the entire health cadres in Sukmajaya and Tirtajaya village (total sampling method). The levels of activity variable measured by a questionnaire, while the data of Filariasis MDA coverage obtained secondary from Depok City Health Department.
The results showed that in general there were no significant relationship between the level of activity of health cadres in Sukmajaya and Tirtajaya village with filariasis MDA coverage, with a significance value of 0.56. Nonetheless specifically significant difference regarding several points of activities, which are steps in diagnosis, health promotion, detect and report of new cases, participate in MDA execution, and educate chronic patients and their families for treatment and how to do self-care.
