"Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi registrasi obat Impor yang diatur dalam Pasal 10 Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1120 Tahun 2008 juncto Pasal 10 Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1010 Tahun 2008 dimana terdapat regulasi baru mengenai subjek pemohon dan ketentuan mengenai pengalihan teknologi Subjek pemohon hanya dapat dilakukan oleh industri farmasi dan harus memuat ketentuan mengenai alih teknologi dalam waktu lima tahun Penelitian ini menjelaskan secara deskriptif mengenai implementasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ dalam melakukan penyesuaian dengan peraturan ini Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa pengaturan mengenai alih teknologi harus dijelaskan lebih lanjut melalui peraturan pelaksana yang memuat tentang prosedur dan ketentuan mengenai alih teknologi. ......This thesis discusses about the implementation of Imported Drug Registration Based on Article 10 Regulation of The Minister of Health Number 1120 Year 2008 juncto Article 10 Regulation of The Minister of Health Number 1010 Year 2008 Regarding Drug Registration that there are new regulation about subject of the applicant and regulation about transfer technology Subject of the applicant must from pharmaceutical industry and must contain provisions on transfer technology within five years This research describe with description method about adjustment of this regulation by PT XYZ This research result suggested that the regulation about transfer technology needs to be clarified through the implementation regulation that contains provisions regarding procedures and technology transfer."
