"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas pengembangan trasnportasi kereta api di wilayah Jabodetabek yang dilakukan oleh PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek tahun 2008-2013. PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek (PT KCJ) memiliki peran besar dalam pengembangan transportasi kereta rel listrik (KRL). Hal itu dilakukan dengan cara penghapusan KRL Ekonomi, memberlakukan e-ticketing, perluasan jaringan KRL, penataan ulang stasiun, pembuatan lahan parkir baru, perbaikan sarana prasarana kereta api dan sebagainya. Perubahan-perubahan yang dilakukan PT KCJ ini tak lain demi keamanan serta kenyamanan penumpang KRL yang terus tumbuh pesat setiap tahunnya. Perubahan tersebut tentunya sangat diapresiasi masyarakat Jabodetabek sehingga membuat animo masyarakat semakin besar untuk menggunakan kereta rel listrik.

ABSTRACT

This thesis discusses the development of railway transportation in Jabodetabek area conducted by PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek 2008-2013. PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek (PT KCJ) has a major role in the development of electric rail transport (KRL). This is done by eliminating the Economy KRL, enacting e-ticketing, KRL network extension, station rearrangement, new parking lot, repair of railway infrastructure and so on. Changes made by PT KCJ is none other than for the security and comfort of KRL passengers who continue to grow rapidly every year. The change is certainly highly appreciated by the people of Jabodetabek, thus making the public interest to use electric train."

"The aim of the paper is to describe the influences of conventional and azimuthing podded propulsion on passenger ferry maneuvering, particularly turning circle and zig-zag maneuvers. The MATLAB-simulink program was used to simulate the turning circle and the zig-zag maneuvers. The program was developed based on the mathematical model for ferry maneuvering. The model involved the setting-up of a 4-DOF in a modular of the Mathematical Modelling Group (MMG) of the hull, propellers-rudder or pod system. The simulation includes separating components of the hull equations, propeller-rudder or pod systems as well as the interaction between them. The results indicated that the azimuthing podded propulsion has an advantage for turning circle performance, meanwhile conventional propulsion is beneficial for zig-zag maneuvers. The 1st and 2nd overshoot times of conventional propulsion of the sea trial are higher than the simulation; but the turning cirles of the sea trial are lower."

"Penggunaan website oleh pemerintah Indonesia sudah sangat berkembang pesat. Website dapat digunakan untuk menyediakan informasi tentang berbagai kegiatan pemerintah yang sedang atau telah dilakukan. Pemerintah Kota Depok merupakan salah satu bagian dari struktur pemerintahan daerah di Indonesia yang juga telah menggunakan website segabai teknologi informasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahannya. Keberadaan website Pemerintah Kota Depok dimaksudkan agar dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memberikan pelayanan, menjadikan pelayanan lebih sederhana, dan transparan. Selain itu, diharapkan para anggota masyarakat dapat memberikan saran atau konsep untuk kemajuan Kota Depok. Dengan begitu, pengaruh dari website Kota Depok harus dievaluasi untuk menentukan apakah sudah cukup memuaskan pengguna dan mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam keberadaannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan, dan kualitas visual website pemerintah kota depok terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 385 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan dan kualitas visual mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna website pemerintah kota depok.

Usage website by the Indonesian government has developed very rapidly.Website can be used to provide information about various government activities that are being or have been carried out. The Depok City Government is one part of the regional government structure in Indonesia that has also used website as information technology in the administration of government. The existence of the Depok City Government website is intended to help the community in providing services, making services simpler and more transparent. Apart from that, it is hoped that community members can provide suggestions or concepts for the progress of Depok City. In this way, the influence of the Depok City website must be evaluated to determine whether it is sufficient to satisfy users and achieve the goals set for its existence. Therefore, this research aims to prove the influence of usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and visual quality of the Depok city government website on user satisfaction. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and collecting primary data through questionnaires. The sample used was 385 respondents. The research results show that the variables usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality and visual quality have a positive influence on user satisfaction of the Depok city government website."
