Abstrak :
Telah terjadi penurunan kinerja perawat di RS Santa Elisabeth Batam dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan semester I tahun 2023. Penurunan kinerja perawat ini dapat menimbulkan dampak yang tidak baik terhadap rumah sakit terutama pada keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh coaching pada asuhan keperawatan dan komunikasi perawat terhadap kinerja perawat serta dipengaruhi oleh faktor demografi perawat. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif melalui rancangan penelitian quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre and post control group. Hasil penelitian dengan uji paired sample T test antara kelompok intervensi sebelum coaching dan sesudah coaching adalah 0,000 dan uji paired sample T test antara kelompok kontrol sebelum coaching dan tanpa coaching adalah 0,081. Untuk hasil penelitian dengan uji independent sample T test antara kelompok intervensi setelah coaching dan kelompok kontrol tanpa coaching adalah 0,000. Dengan uji statistik deskriptif pada faktor demografi perawat setelah coaching terhadap kinerja perawat dengan hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dari jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, lama kerja dan status penikahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah intervensi coaching pada asuhan keperawatan dan komunikasi perawat dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat. ......There has been a decline in the performance of nurses at Santa Elisabeth Batam Hospital from 2019 to the first semester of 2023. This decline in nurse performance could have an adverse impact on the hospital, especially on patient safety. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of coaching on nursing care and nurse communication on nurse performance and is influenced by nurse demographic factors. The research method is quantitative through a quasi-experimental research design with a pre and post control group approach. The results of research using the paired sample T test between the intervention group before coaching was 0.000 and the paired sample T test between the control group before coaching and without coaching was 0.081. For research results using the independent sample T test between the intervention group after coaching and the control group without coaching was 0.000. With descriptive statistical tests on nurse demographic factors after coaching on nurse performance, the results showed that there were no significant differences in gender, age, education level, length of work and marital status. The conclusion of this research is that coaching interventions in nursing care and nurse communication can improve nurse performance.

Dengan semakin meningkatnya biaya pembangkitan tenaga listrik karena meningkatnya biaya operasi sistem tenaga listrik, maka penyediaan tenaga listrik harus seoptimal mungkin Karena fungsi biaya dari suatu sistem sulit untuk diubah dan biaya operasi berbanding lurus dengan besarnya daya yang dibangkitkan, maka kernungkhm untuk menghindari besarnya biaya operasi sistem tenaga listrik juga sulit akibat terus meningkatnya permintaan terhadap energi listrik. Salah satu cars untuk mengurangi besarnya biaya operasi sistem tenaga lsitrik adalah dengan mengurangi pembangkitan listrik dari pembangkit dengan biaya operasi yang tinggi dan menggantikannya dengan pembangkit berbiaya operasi lebih rendah. PLTA Pompa adalah pembangkit dengan biaya operasi yang relatif rendah. Tetapi untuk pemompaan air yang yang kemudian digunakan untuk pembangkitan tenaga listrik, PLTA Pompa memerlukan energi listrik dari sistem. Jadi untuk memperoleh pengurangan biaya operasi maka biaya operasi dengan penjadwalan PLTA Pompa bares lebib rendah dibandingkan dengan tanpa penjadwalan dengan memperhatikan batasan teknis yaitu maksimal-minimal volume air pada kolam dan kendala ekonomis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan tipe-J (agency cost of free cash flow tinggi) akan membuat laporan keuangan yang bersifat lebih konservatif dibandingkan perusahaan tipe non-J. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh efek moderasi hutang (H2), dividen (H3a), stock repurchase (H3b), persistensi perusahaan dalam menahan kas (H4), dan tata kelola perusahaan (H5) dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara tingkat agency cost of free cash flow dan tingkat konservatisme laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua ukuran konservatisme, yakni konservatisme ukuran akrual dan konservatisme nilai pasar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan terkait hubungan antara tingkat agency cost of free cash flow dan tingkat konservatisme laporan keuangan perusahaan untuk kedua ukuran konservatisme. Sedangkan kedua ukuran konservatisme menunjukkan bahwa variabel moderasi tidak berpengaruh, yang mengindikasikan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel moderasi terhadap hubungan antara tingkat agency cost of free cash flow dan tingkat konservatisme laporan keuangan pada perusahaan. ...... The objective of this research is to investigate whether the J-type firm (high agency cost of free cash flow) will have more conservative financial report compared with non J-type firm. Moreover, this research also aim to investigate the effect of debt (H2), dividend (H3a), stock repurchase (H3b), cash persistency (H4), and corporate governance (H5) as moderating variables in the relationship between agency cost of free cash flow and conservative financial report. This research uses two measures of conservatism, accruals and market. The result shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between agency cost of free cash flow and conservative financial reporting for the two measures. And for the moderating variables, both measures show that there are no effects, which means the moderating variables have no effect in the relationship between agency cost of free cash flow and conservative financial report.

Berdasarkan penelusuran literatur, terdapat beberapa kekurangan isolator pada dasar bangunan, sehingga posisi penempatan isolator perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini akan membahas kinerja isolator yang ditempatkan di lantai dua pada struktur kombinasi kolom beton kantilever dan rangka baja bresing konsentrik dengan analisa respon spektrum Padang terhadap variasi ukuran kolom, ketinggian struktur, dan kekakuan isolator. Parameter yang ditinjau berupa respon struktur dan isolator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kolom kantilever yang kaku, isolator akan lebih efektif. Untuk variasi ketinggian, bertambahnya jumlah tingkatan akan meningkatkan respon pada isolator dan kolom beton. Untuk variasi kekakuan isolator, kekakuan isolator yang rendah lebih efektif dalam mereduksi gaya gempa pada struktur atas.

Based on literature, there are several deficiencies of base isolation, in which the position of isolator placement needs to be investigated further. This study will discuss the performances of isolator placed on the second floor on combination structure of cantilever concrete column and concentric bracing frame with Padang response spectrum analysis of column size variation, structure height, and stiffness of isolator. The parameters reviewed are structural and isolator responses. The results showed the use of rigid cantilever column, isolator will be more effective. For height variation, increasing the number of stories will increase the response to the isolator and concrete column. For the variation in stiffness isolator, the lower stiffness is more effective in reducing the seismic forces in the superstructure

Menentukan karakterisitik reaktor pelat sejajar dapat dilakukan dengan pemodelan dan simulasi dengan menggunakan pemrograman komputer, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). COMSOL Multiphysics adalah salah satu program CFD. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengenai pembuatan model yang dapat mengintegrasikan tiga persamaan (neraca massa, energi dan momentum). Sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai hidrodinamik, pola aliran serta fenomena perpindahan dan mengetahui pengaruh kondisi operasi terhadap kinerja reaktor pelat sejajar. Kecepatan fluida dipengaruhi perbedaan tekanan, tekanan parsial hidrogen serta faktor friksi dengan dinding dan pelat. Konversi terbesar adalah 37.84% pada area pusat reaktor (y = -0.003). Temperatur dipengaruhi akibat adanya reaksi dan panas furnace. ......Determining the characteristic of parallel-plate reactor can be done with modeling and simulation using computer programming, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). COMSOL Multiphysics is one of CFD programs. The focus of this research is about creating a model that can integrate three equations (mass, energy and momentum balance). So it can be used to obtain information on the hydrodynamic, flow pattern, transport phenomenon and determine the influence of operating conditions on the performance of parallel-plate reactor. Fluid velocity is affected by pressure drop, the partial pressure of hydrogen and friction factor with the wall and the plate. The biggest conversion is 37.84% in the central area of the reactor (y = -0.003). Temperature is affected due to the reaction and heat from the furnace.

Salah satu kebijakan strategis teknologi informasi dari XYZ Finance adalah peningkatan efisiensi dan efektifitas kegiatan operasional secara terintegrasi dari hulu ke hilir. Salah satu langkah untuk optimalisasi biaya operasional adalah dengan mengganti jaringan yang digunakan di kantor cabang dari jaringan leased-line/MPLS menjadi jaringan internet broadband. Penggunaan jaringan internet broadband untuk infrastruktur jaringan kantor cabang memerlukan mekanisme pengelolaan untuk penggunaan dan keamanan jaringan. Pada tahun 2019 Gartner yang mengenalkan terminologi Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). SASE merupakan kombinasi layanan jaringan dan layanan keamanan yang berbasis cloud. Untuk membantu pengelolaan jaringan dan keamanan kantor cabang, diperlukan analisis kebutuhan berdasarkan fungsi dan performa dari layanan SASE. Pada penelitian ini layanan SASE diterapkan melalui aktifitas Proof of Concept (POC) untuk membantu pengelolaan penggunaan dan keamanan infrastruktur jaringan kantor cabang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan SASE dapat diterapkan untuk pengelolaan jaringan dan keamanan kantor cabang. Secara kuantitatif penggunaan layanan SASE dapat memberikan statistik penggunaan aplikasi dari jaringan kantor cabang, dan menunjukkan informasi ancaman-ancaman yang berportensi menyerang jaringan kantor cabang XYZ Finance. Kemudian secara kualitatif didapatkan bahwa pengguna sistem menyetujui bahwa layanan SASE dapat digunakan untuk pengelolaan jaringan dan keamanan kantor cabang. ......One of the IT strategic policies from XYZ Finance is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated operational activities. One step to optimize operational costs is changing the network used in branch offices from leased-line/MPLS networks to internet broadband. Use of internet broadband network for branch office network infrastructure needs management mechanism for network and security usage. In 2019 Gartner introduced new terminology of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). SASE is a cloud based services with convergence of network and security services. To help manage branch office networks, it is necessary to analyze the needs and functions of SASE services. In this study, SASE services are applied through Proof of Concepts (POC) activities to help the use and secure branch office network infrastructure. The results of this study indicate that SASE services can be applied for network management and branch office security. Quantitatively the use of SASE services can provide application usage statistics from branch office network infrastructure, and shows information that has the potential to attack the XYZ Finance branch office network. Qualitatively, it was found that by the user of the system agreed that SASE services could be used for network management and secure branch offices.
