"Komunikasi terapeutik perawat di ruang laniai 3 B Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Bunda Margonda dirasakan belum optimal sehingga klien masih banyak yang belum puas terhadap asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan klien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik penarikan sample adalah accidental sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan klien dalarn menerima asuhan keperawatan. Dengan komunikasi terapeutik yittig baik oleh perawat, diharapkan klien merasa puas dalam menerima asuhan keperawatan.

The results of analysis determine there is significant correlation between therapeutic communication of nurse with client satisfaction level in nursing care. With a good therapeutic communication by nurse, satisfied clients expected to receive nursing can."
