"PHE ONWJ memiliki wilayah daerah konsesi di lepas pantai Barat Laut Jawa (Offshore North West Java atau ONWJ). Terbentang dari utara Cirebon ke Pulau Seribu, berjarak 50 mil dari garis pantai. Fasilitas produksi meliputi 517 producing strings, 144 platform, dan 12 flowstations. Sebagai sebuah perusahaan Oil and Gas yang memiliki beberapa plant di lepas pantai maka PHE ONWJ telah berupaya agar setiap plant di PHE ONWJ selalu dalam kondisi safe. Salah satu yang diimplementasikan di PHE ONWJ adalah adanya Proteksi terhadap adanya Gas di area plant PHE ONWJ. Proteksi ini penting sekali untuk diinstall untuk menjaga kemungkinan terjadinya effek yang dapat membahayakan bagi manusia dan juga lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil investigasi dari team safety engineer bahwa diperlukan adanya suatu sistem proteksi yang dapat memberikan peringatan dini terhadap area yang terindikasi berpotensi terhadap adanya bahaya gas release sebelum adanya perbaikan yang lebih lanjut, yaitu penggantian pipa dengan yang baru. Area tersebut adalah di Mike-Mike Flow station tepatnya antara Platform MMF ke Platform MMS yang merupakan pipa aliran gas untuk pembangkit generator. Dari hasil investigasi tersebut diputuskan sistem proteksi yang dapat mensupport kebutuhan tersebut adalah Sistem Ultrasonik Gas Leak Detector. Ultrasonik Gas Leak Detector merupakan suatu sistem yang sederhana tetapi memiliki manfaat yang sangat besar, yaitu mampu memberikan peringatan dini terhadap adanya kebocoran gas sehingga bisa memberikan control action yang lebih cepat kepada Manusia, sehingga pada akhirnya Manusia dan lingkungan sekitar dapat terselamatkan dari bahaya kebocoran Gas. Terutama hal ini terjadi di industri ekplorasi Minyak & Gas. Detektor ini bekerja dengan mendeteksi adanya suara ultrasonik. Sistem ULD akan memberikan warning sistem berupa alarm, apabila ULD tersebut telah mendeteksi adanya suara Ultrasonik yang terdeteksi melebihi level treshold yang diberikan selama delay time tertentu. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan adanya kebocoran gas disekitar area dimana ULD tersebut dipasang. Adapun kontrol yang digunakan adalah PLC Allen Bradley 1100.

One that is implemented in PHE ONWJ is the protection of the Gas Plant area PHE ONWJ. This protection is very important to be installed to maintain the possibility of effects that can be harmful to humans and the environment. Based on the investigation of the safety engineering team that needed a protection system that can provide early warning of areas that indicated the presence of potentially dangerous release of gas before the existence of further improvement, namely the replacement of pipes with new ones. The area is in the Mike-Mike Flow station precisely between the MMF Platform to the MMS Platform which is a pipe flow of gas for power generators.

From the investigation it was decided that the protection system can support these needs is Ultrasonic Gas Leak Detector System. Ultrasonic Gas Leak Detector is a simple system but it has a huge benefit, that is able to provide early warning against gas leaks that could provide a faster control action to the Man, so Man and eventually the surrounding environment can be saved from danger of gas leaks. Mainly this occurs in the Oil & Gas exploration industry. This detector works by detecting the ultrasonic sound. ULD system will give warning of an alarm system, if the ULD has been detected Ultrasonic sound that exceeds the given threshold level during a certain time delay. This condition indicates a gas leak around the area where the ULD is installed. The controls used were Allen Bradley PLC 1100."

"ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok.Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 5 sampai dengan tanggal 31Oktober 2015.PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek(APA), memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyataakan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yangdilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok secara umum telah melaksanakan tugasdan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatannonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswaapoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek.Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan,penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatannonteknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran,penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan Laporan Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian(LIPH). Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok adalah ketiadaan ApotekerPendamping yang menggantikan APA ketika tidak ada di tempat. pharmacy was intended to make apothecary student understand the role of pharmacist, have insight

into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in

pharmacy. Based on the activities, pharmacist as Pharmacy Manager have been carrying out the duties

and responsibilities in pharmacy management. Apothecary student have obtained insight into routine

activities in pharmacy. Pharmaceutical technical activities include procurement, reception, storage,

sales, management of narcotics, management of psychotropics, and prescription documentation. Nontechnical

activities include archiving prescription and receipt of payment, price labelling of credit

prescription for billing purpose, and the making of Daily Sales Summary Report. Issue at Kimia Farma

Pharmacy No. 366 Kota Depok is the absence of pharmacist who can substitute Pharmacy Manager

temporarily while Pharmacy Manager was not in place. "
