"Suatu teks sastra bertujuan untuk membuat pembacanya berbudaya. Dengan membaca teks sastra, pembaca diharapkan dapat memperluas cakrawala wawasannya. Jurnal ilmiah ini meneliti tentang hubungan antar tokoh (konstelasi tokoh) dalam suatu karya sastra. Fokus sentral dalam penelitian ini adalah pandangan (Blickwinkel) penulis sebagai pembaca Indonesia terhadap gaya hidup kehidupan masyarakat di Jerman, khususnya yang dispesifikasikan melalui hubungan konstelasi antar tokoh utama dengan tokoh-tokoh lainnya. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana konstelasi tokoh dalam cerita pendek Zuckererbsen mencerminkan relasi Fremde dan Eigene bagi pembaca Indonesia.

A literary texts aimed at making readers cultured. By reading them, readers are expected to be able to expand the horizons of their insights. This journal examines the relationship between characters (constellation figures) in a literary work of Benhard Schlink, a short story shaped by the title Zuckererbsen. The central focus of this research is the writers perspective (Blickwinkel) as an Indonesian citizen towards the German lifestyle, especially those that are specified by the constellation figure between the main character with other characters. The main issued addressed in this study is how the constellation of characters in this short story reflects the relation of Fremde and Eigene for Indonesian reader."
