"Tesis ini membahas permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. Sinar Pasific Indah dalam penerapan strategi pada perusahaannya. Permasalahan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing di pasar dalam menghadapai kondisi tekstil dan produk tekstil dalam negeri yang sedang terpuruk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan melalui field research.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk dapat menerapkan strategi dengan baik maka dibuat suatu perencanaan yang rinci tersaji dalam bentuk strategy map dengan pengukuran balanced scorecard. Berdasarkan kondisi perusahaan yang ada dan agar strategi dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik maka disarankan organisasi perusahaan harus memperhatikan pengontrolan pada setiap perspective, dengan berfokus pada learning and growth perspective.

This thesis discusses the problems that happened in PT. Sinar Pasific Indah in the implementation of strategies at his company. This problem is motivated by the desire for companies to be competitive in the market in the face conditions of textile and textile products in the country who are drowning. This research is a descriptive qualitative research design and data collection techniques through field research.Results showed that in order to properly implement strategies based on SWOT analysis, then made a detailed planning strategy presented in the form of a folder with a balanced scorecard measurement. Based on the company's existing condition and that the strategies can be implemented properly it is recommended that organizations should pay attention to controlling companies in each perspective, with focuses on learning and growth perspective."
