Ketoprofen merupakan obat yang termasuk ke dalam Biopharmaceutical Classification System kelas dua dengan kelarutan yang rendah dan permeabilitas yang tinggi, sehingga disolusi menjadi lambat yang akan mempengaruhi absorpsi obat. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan laju disolusi ketoprofen dengan formulasi tablet melalui pembentukan dispersi padat menggunakan polivinil pirolidon (PVP) dan Polietilenglikol (PEG). Dispersi padat dibuat dengan perbandingan 1:1. Peningkatan laju disolusi pada masing-masing hasil dispersi padat ketoprofen- PVP 1:1 sebesar 1,287 kali, ketoprofen-PEG 1:1 sebesar 1,089 kali dari ketoprofen standar. Formulasi tablet dengan dispersi padat dapat meningkatkan laju disolusi sebesar 1,478 kali pada ketoprofen-PVP dan 1,551 kali pada ketoprofen-PEG.

ABSTRACT
Ketoprofen is a drug classified into Biopharmaceutical Classification System class two with low solubility and high permeability. For such reason dissolution become lower which affected drugs absorbtion. This research aims to increase dissolution rate of ketoprofen through solid dispertion using polivinil pirolidon (PVP) and Polietilenglikol (PEG), formulation solid dispertion applied tablet production subsequently. Solid dispertion was made with (1:1) comparison. Dissolution rate enchanchment each solid dispertion ketoprofen-PVP result (1:1) increase 1,287 times, and ketoprofen-PEG result (1:1) increase 1,089 times from standart ketoprofen. Tablet formulation with solid dispertion can increase dissolution rate 1,487 times in ketoprofen-PVP and 1,551 times in ketoprofen-PEG.

Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat apoteker melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Hidup Barubertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek serta mendapatkan gambaran secara nyata terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker di apotek. Melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi ini, mahasiswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari dengan melakukan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian seperti penyiapan obat, peracikan, pemberian informasi obat, dan konseling. Selain itu melalui tugas khusus, mahasiswa dapat memahami lebih dalam mengenai pengkajian resep.

A pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists perform pharmaceutical practices. Implementation of the Pharmacist Profession Practices at the Pharmacy of Life Bar is aimed at gaining knowledge and understanding of pharmacy service standards in pharmacies as well as getting a real picture of the duties and responsibilities undertaken by Pharmacists in pharmacies. Through this Professional Practice, students can apply the knowledge they have learned by doing pharmaceutical service activities such as drug preparation, compounding, giving drug information, and counseling. In addition through a special task, students can understand more deeply about prescription assessment.

Industri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri kesehatan untuk melakukan kegitaan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Agar obat yang dihasilkan berkualitas, bermutu, dan aman serta konsisten maka dibutuhkan suatu pedoman bagi industri farmasi yaitu Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Pada Direktorat Penilaian Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT memiliki tugas melaksanakan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur, dan kriteria, dan pemberian bimbingan teknis dan supervise, serta pemantauan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan di bidang penilaian alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Jenis pelayanan publik yang dilakukan di Direktorat Penilaian Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT adalah Surat Keterangan dan Registrasi Alat Kesehatan, Produk Diagnostik Invitro dan PKRT.

ABSTRACT
The implementation of the Pharmacist Profession Practices in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in government, especially in the Directorate of Health Device Assessment and PKRT. In the Directorate of Health Device Assessment and PKRT has the duty to carry out the formulation and implementation of policies, the compilation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria, and the provision of technical guidance and supervision, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting in the field of assessment of health equipment and household health supplies with the provisions of legislation. Types of public services conducted in the Directorate of Health Device Assessment and PKRT are Certificate and Registration of Medical Devices, Invitro Diagnostic Products and PKRT.
