Abstrak :
Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik juga memiliki potensi risiko kebakaran, tabrakan, pencemaran lingkungan dan kecelakaan kerja lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan budaya keselamatan, khususnya perusahaan logistik PT XYZ yang memiliki spesialisasi pengangkutan over dimension & heavy cargo. Penelitian melibatkan 192 pekerja di kantor pusat dan di kantor cabang PT XYZ melalui surveionline & offline yang mengukur dimensi iklim keselamatan. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan uji t-test 2 sampel untuk melihat perbedaan persepsi elemen iklim keselamatan pada setiap karakteristikdemografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim keselamatan dalam dimensi organisasi, pekerjaan dan individu memperolah nilai masing-masing 4,25; 3,82 dan 3,83. Dilihat dari faktor keselamatannya, Priority of Safety (PS) secara umum memiliki persepsi skor tertinggi di antara yang lainnya, sedangkan Personal Appreciation of Risk (PAR) memiliki skor yang paling rendah. Dari hasil pengukuran tingkat kematangan budaya K3 didapati PT XYZ berada pada level Kalkulatif (skor 3,4) dimana manajemen PT XYZ masih menjadi penggerak sentral dari implementasi K3 di perusahaan (top down). Dari hasil observasi didapat nilai index safety behavior yaitu 79%. Untuk itu perusahaan disarankan untuk lebih sering turun kelapangan untuk menangkap aspirasi dari pekerja serat memfasilitasi lebih banyak pelatihan keselamatan untuk pekerja. Serta disarankan lebih konsisten dalam realisasi anggaran K3.
......Companies engaged in logistics industry also have a potential risk of fire, collision, environmental pollution and other work accidents. This study aims to provide an overview of the application of safety culture, especially in logistics companies PT XYZ that specialize in dimensional & heavy cargo transportation. The study involved 192 workers at the head office and at PT XYZ Jakarta branch offices through online & offline surveys measuring the dimensions of safety climate. Statistical analysis was carried out by using a 2-sample t-test to see differences in perceptions of safety elements on each demographic characteristic. The results showed that the safety climate in the dimensions of the organization, work and individual earned a score of 4.25; 3.82 and 3.83. Analyze from the safety factor, Priority of Safety (PS) generally has the highest perceived score among the others, while Personal Appreciation of Risk (PAR) has the lowest score. From the results of the measurement of the maturity level of K3 culture, it was found that PT XYZ was at the calculative level (score 3.4) where the management of PT XYZ was still the central of the implementation of K3 in the company (top down). From the observation, the index value of safety behavior is 79%. For this reason, companies are advised to go out more often to capture the aspirations of workers and facilitate more safety training for workers. PT XYZ also recommended to be more consistent in the realization of the HSE budget.
