Abstrak :
Komik dan film genre superheroes di dalam budaya populer Amerika memberikan pengaruh terhadap karya-karya serupa di Indonesia sejak abad ke-20. Pada abad ke-21, karya-karya ini dikumpulkan dan bernaung di bawah rumah produksi Bumilangit. Salah satunya adalah tokoh Gundala karya Hasmi yang kemudian dibuat versi adaptasinya untuk menjadi bagian dari semesta Bumilangit. Dalam menyebarkan narasinya, Bumilangit mengeluarkan film Gundala: Negeri ini Butuh Patriot, komik cetak adaptasi Gundala: Takdir dan komik daring Gundala: The Son of Lightning. Selain itu terdapat juga akun-akun media sosial resmi facebook & instagram Gundala yang memungkinkan partisipasi dari audiens. Teks film menjadi pembuka dari semesta Bumilangit dan komik menjadi pelengkap untuk membangun narasinya. Di dalam teks film dan komiknya, penggambaran dunia distopia direpresentasikan melalui adanya ketimpangan sosial dan masalah sosial politik lainnya. Masalah-masalah tersebut akhirnya memicu kehadiran sosok adiwira. Dengan menggunakan konsep transmedia storytelling dari Henry Jenkins dan narasi distopia dari M. Keith Booker, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah narasi distopia yang akan memicu hadirnya wacana adiwira dalam penyebaran narasi Gundala. ......The superheroes comic and film genre in American popular culture has influenced similar works in Indonesia since the 20th century. In the 21st century, these works are collected and taken under the Bumilangit production house. One of them is Hasmi's Gundala character as the part of the Bumilangit universe. In spreading the narrative, Bumilangit released the movie Gundala: This Country Needs Patriot, a printed comic based on the movie Gundala: Destiny and the online comic Gundala: The Son of Lightning. In addition, there is also the Gundala’s official social media on Facebook & Instagram that allow fans participation. The movie is the opening of the Bumilangit universe and the comics are the complementer media to build the narrative. In the movie and comics, the depiction of the dystopian world is represented by the existence of social inequality and other socio-political problems.These social and political problems finally triggered the presence of superheroes. By using the transmedia storytelling concept from Henry Jenkins and dystopian narrative by M. Keith Booker, this study aims to analyze the dystopian narrative which trigger the emergence of superheroes’ discourse in the spreading of Gundala narratives.

Abstrak :
Adanya masa pemerintahan Jerman Timur merupakan masa yang kelam bagi para warganya. Mereka diatur kebebasannya dan dikekang oleh pemerintah. Dalam novel Schuld, Grit Poppe mengemukakan pandangan dan kritiknya terhadap pemerintahan Jerman Timur. Kritik Grit Poppe terhadap pemerintahan Jerman Timur dianalisis dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra yang difokuskan pada teori Pierre Bourdieu mengenai arena kekuasaan yang kemudian menjadi alat untuk menganalisa konflik di dalam novel ini yang mencerminkan kondisi sosial pada masa itu. Orang-orang yang melakukan perlawanan dengan pemerintah diawasi dan kemudian ditangkap oleh Stasi dan pihak Stasi tidak memandang umur orang yang ditangkap. Dengan perjuangan para warga Jerman Timur yang merindukan kebebasan, akhirnya Jerman Timur dan Jerman Barat kembali bersatu (Wiedervereinigung) dan masa reunifikasi ini dianggap juga sebagai masa perubahan "Wendezeit". ......The government of East Germany has brought the dark time for its citizens. The government set up a restriction for its citizens liberty and restrained them too. In the novel Schuld, Grit Poppe put her views and criticisms towards the government of East Germany. Her Critics towards the government of East Germany were analyzed by sociology of literature approach that is focused on the theory of Pierre Bourdieu about field of power which used as tools to analyzing the conflicts in this novel that reflects the social conditions in that time. The people, who were against with the government will be monitored and then arrested by the Stasi and the Stasi irrespective of age. Through the struggle of the East German citizens who yearn for freedom, finally East Germany and West Germany reunited (Wiedervereinigung) and reunification is considered to be a time of change "Wendezeit".
