"[Skripsi ini menganalisis tentang penerapan perubahan metode pengadaan dari yang dulunya menggunakan metode konvensional menjadi elektronik/e-procurement terhadap transparansi proses pengadaan di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan. Analisis penerapan perubahan ini dilakukan dengan meneliti pelaksanaan proses pengadaan ketika menggunakan metode konvensional lalu dibandingkan dengan pengadaan secara elektronik/e-procurement. Analisis berfokus pada tahapan pelaksanaan proses pengadaan dari pengumuman sampai penetapan pemenang dengan menitikberatkan pada perubahannya dari sisi transparansi proses pengadaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perubahan metode pengadaan dari konvensional ke e-procurement membuat pengadaan di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan menjadi lebih transparan.;This study analyzes the implementation of changing procurement method from conventional to electronic/e-procurement towards procurement process transparency in Inspectorate General of Ministry Of Finance. Analysis of the implementation of this change is done by examining the execution of the procurement process when using conventional methods and then compared with e-procurement method. The analysis focuses on the phases of the procurement process from announcement until the winner appointment by focusing on the change of the transparency of the procurement process.
