"Pemakaian besi tuang nodular dewasa ini semakin meningkat khususnya besi tuang nodular austemper ductile iron, karena Besi tuang nodular austemper ductile iron mempunyai sifat-sifat mekanik yang lehih menguntungkan dibandingkan besi tuang jenis lainnya.Besi tuang nodular austemper ductile iron sangat sesuai untuk produkproduk berdinding tipis misalnya roda gigi ukuran kecil, rumah pompa dan block mesin, dan untuk mendapatkan besi tuang nodular austemper ductile iron cara yang biasa digunakan yaitu dengan proses perlakuan panas (austemper), akan tetapi untuk produk-produk berdinding tipis apabila dilakukan proses perlakuan panas dapat menyebabkan terjadinya detormasi.Penelitian terhadap besi tuang nodular ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan besi tuang nodular Austemper Ductile Iron tanpa melakukan proses perlakuan panas dan digunakan untuk penggunaan produk-produk berdinding tipis. Metode yang di lakukan adalah dengan menambahkan paduan 0,5% Al, 1,5% Al, dan 5% Al dengan standard Y Blok JIS G 5502, untuk mendapatkan komposisi paduan yang proposional, dan untuk mendapatkan besi tuang nodular austemper ductile iron dengan menambahkan paduan 5% Al pada besi tuang nodular tersebut dengan menggunakan standar Y Blok ASTM E-71-64 dengan ukuran ketebalan masing masing adalah 7,4mm, 8,4mm, 9,4mm, 10,4mm, dan 12,5mm. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah struktur mikro, tank, kekerasan, impact dan komposisi.Hasil pembuatan besi Luang nodular dengan penambahan 5% aluminium standard Y Blok ASTM E -71-64 struktur mikro dan sifat mekanik yang mendekati Austemper Ductile Iron adalah BTN 50 yang menggunakan ukuran Y Biok dengan ketebalan 7,4 mm, di mana harga kekuatan tank sebesar 69,3 Kg/mm2, elongasi 3,25%, harga impact 4 joule/cm2, energi impactnya 3,3 joule serta mempunyai nilai kekerasan sebesar 62 HRA dan secara ekonomi dapat menghemat biaya untuk penggunaan material sebesar 14 % untuk sekali proses peleburan dengan kapasitas dapur induksi 500. Kg.

Nowadays the use of nodular cast iron is getting increase, especially austemper ductile iron has mechanic properties that are more profitable than other cas iron.Austemper ductile iron is suitable for thin wall casting such as small gear wheel,chasing pump, machine block. The common way to produce austemper ductile iron is through heat treatment process. However, deformation will be occurred in the thin wall casting if heat treatment process is carried out.The objective of this research is to produce Austemper Ductile Iron without heat treatment process for the use of thin wall casting. The method used are by adding 0.5% Al_ 1.5%A1. and 5% Al. with of Y BIock JtS G 5502 to obtain proportional composition and by adding 5% Ai in the nodular cast iron with the standard of Y Block ASTM E-71-64 with 7.4mm. 8.4mm. 9.4mm. 10.4mm and 12.5mm thick to obtain austemper ductile iron. The testing done are micro stricture, tensile lest, hardness, impact and composition.The microstructure and mechanical properties of nodular cast iron with 5% aluminium, Y block ASTM E-71-64 with 7.4mm thick give/show similar result to the austemper ductile iron BTN 50. The values of the tensile strengh is 69.3 Kglmm2, the elongation is 3.25%, the impact is 4 Joulelcm2, the impact energy is 3.3 Joule and hardness is 62 H. the cost of material to produce of 500 Kg ductile iron without heat treatment can save spending money about 14%."

"The main purpose of this study is to find the effect of budget deficit with foreign loans as source of funding on inflation and economic growth. This study focuses on transmission mechanism of budget deficit funding effects on inflation and economic growth. We use a specific simultaneous macroeconomic model which includes 17 behavioral equations and 18 identity equations with 6 blocks in this study, Two Stage Least Square (TSLS) method is employed to estimate the behavioral equations in the model. This study use Indonesia secondary economic data from 1970 to 2003. Econometric tests are performed to produce BLUE estimator. This study also use stochastic simulation with 10000 replications to simulate policy.The results show that using foreign loan to fund budget deficit increases both economic growth and inflation. This result is also supported by the simulation results which show that increase in the proceeds of new foreign loan increases reserves which in turn increase primary money/money supply/monetary base. Interaction of monetary base with money multiplier then increases price level. increase in capital in flow from increase in foreign loan increases government spending which also increases government spending increases in the government spending then add to government capital stock so that economic growth also increases."

Dalam artian esensial tadi maka dalam realitanya perpustakaan itu memiliki ragam jenisnya. Mulai dari jenis Perpustakaan Nasional RI hingga jenis perpustakaan digital. Namun demikian dalam dinamika perkembangan perpustakaan akhirnya menempatkan perpustakaan itu menjadi sumber informasi ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan budaya.
