ABSTRAK
Dalam membuat sediaan film membutuhkan banyak eksipien dengan fungsi yang berbeda, sehingga dibutuhkan eksipien koproses yang memiliki fungsi sebagai polimer pembentuk film dan plasticizer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Memperoleh eksipien koproses dari PVP, Maltodextrin dan PEG sebagai polimer pembuat film, dan menghasilkan film cepat hancur yang memenuhi persyaratan. Eksipien koproses PVP-MD-PEG dibuat dengan metode co-drying menggunakan spray dryer, dengan perbandingan 1:1:1 E1 , 2:2:1 E2 , 1:2:1 E3 , 2:1:1 E4 , 3:1:1 E5 , dan 1:3:1 E6 . Karakterisasi eksipien meliputi uji kadar air, waktu hancur, dan ketahanan pelipatan. Eksipien E2, E3, E4, dan E5 dibuat menjadi film cepat hancur F1, F2, F3, dan F4 berturut-turut, dengan salbutamol sulfat 4,8mg tiap 2x3cm film menggunakan metode solvent casting. Evaluasi meliputi uji waktu hancur, ketahanan pelipatan, elongasi, dan pelepasan obat in vitro. Hasil menunjukkan kadar air eksipien 5,14 hingga 8,30 , waktu hancur film eksipien koproses dibawah 60 detik, dan ketahanan pelipatan diatas 300 kali untuk film eksipien E2 dan E4. Film cepat hancur memiliki waktu hancur 13,57 hingga 22,62 detik, ketahanan pelipatan F1 dan F3 diatas 300 kali, elongasi 2,74 hingga 7,65 , dan pelepasan obat mencapai 80,47 hingga 90,86 pada menit ke-3. Eksipien koproses E4 yang membentuk film cepat hancur F3 merupakan eksipien terbaik untuk formulasi film cepat hancur.

ABSTRACT
Many excipients were needed in the making of film dosage form, hence the addition of co process excipient as film forming polymer was mandatory. This research was aimed to obtain co proses excipient from PVP, Maltodextrin, and PEG as a film forming polymer and to produce fast dissolving oral films that meet the requirements. Co process excipient PVP MD PEG was made using spray dryer, with ratio 1 1 1 E1 , 2 2 1 E2 , 1 2 1 E3 , 2 1 1 E4 , 3 1 1 E5 , and 1 3 1 E6 . Excipient characterization included water content, disintegrating time, and folding endurance. Excipient E2, E3, E4, and E5 were made into fast dissolving oral film F1, F2, F3, and F4 respectively, with 4.8 mg salbutamol sulphate in each 2x3 cm film using solvent casting method. Evaluation performed included disintegrating time, folding endurance, elongation, and in vitro drug release. The results for excipient water content 5.14 to 8.30 , excipient disintegrating time below 60s, and folding endurance above 300 times for E2 and E4. Fast dissolving oral films had disintegrating time from 13.57 to 22.52s, folding endurance of F1 and F3 above 300x, elongation 2.74 to 7.65 , and drug release reached 80.47 to 90.86 at 3min. Co proses excipient E4 that produce fast dissolving oral film F3 was the best excipient for fast dissolving oral film formulation.

The special task given is entitled Gap Analysis Between Actual Conditions in PT. Finusolprima Farma International against Regulation of PIC/S, CPOB, TRS, and EU Guidelines . The purpose of the implementation of specific tasks is to understand the regulations related to the manufacture of drugs in various countries with the actual conditions occurring in the industry and its compliance with the regulation. This professional work practice is carried out for four weeks with a special task, namely Clinical Design in Collaboration with BPJS with 10,000 Participants, 24 Hours of Service and Serve Referral Program with 15 Patients . The purpose of this particular task is for prospective pharmacists to draft a clinic in collaboration with BPJS and to have a proper, proper, and correct referral system.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Analisa Potensi Bahan Baku yang dapat Dikembangkan di Indonesia rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah mengetahui jenis bahan baku yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan oleh Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil tugas khusus, bahan baku yang berpotensi dikembangkan di Indonesia adalah bahan baku herbal.

Internship at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia The period of April 2018 aims to prospective pharmacists to understand the duties, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in the government, to know the processes and mechanisms of permit and regulatory arrangements, and to understand the problems and strategies settlement faced in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The special task given was entitled Analysis of Potential Raw Materials that can be Developed in Indonesia . The purpose of implementing a special task is to find out the type of raw material that has the potential to be developed by Indonesia. Based on the results of special assignments, raw materials that have the potential to be developed in Indonesia are herbal raw materials.
