Abstrak :
Mikrobiota usus manusia banyak dikaitkan dengan perkembangan tubuh mulai dari perkembangan otak, imunitas tubuh, hingga penyakit-penyakit seperti kelainan metabolik dan autisme. Mikrobiota usus pada neonatus menjadi sorotan untuk dipelajari lebih jauh karena mikrobiota usus mampu mempengaruhi perkembangan tubuh hingga dewasa. Salah satu faktor keberagaman komposisi mikrobiota yaitu rute persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui serta membandingkan profil mikrobiota mekonium neonatus yang dilahirkan melalui rute persalinan normal dan cesar di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo. Metode yang digunakan untuk identifikasi mikroba dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengkulturan sampel mekonium yang diidentifikasi secara mikrobiologi dan secara biologi molekuler meliputi PCR dan DNA sekuensing dengan menggunakan gen penyandi 16S rRNA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada mekonium neonatus mengandung berbagai jenis bakteri terutama bakteri yang berasal dari filum Firmicutes (74%) terutama genus Staphylococcus (55,5%). Bakteri unik dalam mekonium neonatus yang lahir secara normal yaitu Corynebacterium singulare, Streptococcus haemolyticus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Enterococcus hirae, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus paramycoides, Bacillus lichenformis, dan Bacillus aryabhattai. Mekonium neonatus yang dilahirkan secara cesar mengandung bakteri unik seperti Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter hormaechei, dan Atlantibacter hermannii. Perbedaan juga terdapat pada jumlah koloni yang terkultur seperti Staphylococcus epidermidis yang banyak ditemukan pada neonatus cesar namun sedikit pada neonatus normal.

Human gut microbiota is linked to body development such as brain development, and illnesses such as metabolic disorders. Neonates gut microbiota was highlighted for further studies because it can affect the humans body development. One of the factors that affect neonates gut microbiota diversity is the delivery model. This studys purpose was to obtain and compare the profile of neonates meconium microbiota, born with normal and cesarean delivery modes at Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo. Methods used in this study were culturing the meconium sample identified using microbiology and biology molecular methods including Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and DNA sequencing using the coding gene of 16S rRNA. Results showed that neonates meconium contained bacteria with Firmicutes (74%) as the dominant phylum, especially genus Staphylococcus (55,5%). Unique bacteria in neonates meconium with normal delivery modes were Corynebacterium singulare, Streptococcus haemolyticus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Enterococcus hirae, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus paramycoides, Bacillus lichenformis, and Bacillus aryabhattai. Unique bacteria in neonates meconium with cesarean delivery mode were Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter hormaechei, and Atlantibacter hermannii. The difference also includes the relative amount of the colonies that were cultured such as Staphylococcus epidermidis found in high abundance in cesarean neonates but not in normal neonates.

Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peranan penting dalam berbagai bidang yang berkaitan dengan obat dan merupakan sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai Apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Salah satu bentuk pembelajaran untuk mencapai standar berupa kemampuan akademik dan kemampuan profesi dalam mengaplikasikan pekerjaan kefarmasian yaitu praktik kerja profesi. Profesi apoteker salah satunya berperan dalam industri farmasi dan apotek yang dimana keduanya memerlukan profesi apoteker sebagai posisi kunci. Hal ini menuntut calon apoteker untuk dapat mengenal dan memahami lebih dekat peran apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek. Oleh karena itu, Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals dan Apotek Roxy Jatikramat dalam rangka memenuhi standar pembelajaran bagi para calon apoteker sehingga nantinya calon apoteker dapat memenuhi seluruh standar kompetensi seorang apoteker. ......A pharmacist is a profession which has an important role in many areas related to drugs and is a pharmacy undergraduate which had graduated as a Pharmacist and had said the pharmacist oath. One form of learning to achieve the standard that is academic skills and professional skills to apply pharmaceutical practice is in the form of an internship. One of the pharmacist roles is in the pharmaceutical industry and in pharmacy retail in which both of those need the profession of a pharmacist as a key position. This requires the prospective pharmacist to be able to identify and comprehend the roles of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy retail. Thus, a pharmacist internship was held at PT. Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals and Apotek Roxy Jatikramat to fulfil the learning standard for prospective pharmacist and so could fulfil all competency standard of a pharmacist.
