"ABSTRAKKontrasepsi dual proteksi pada pasangan ODHA ditujukan untuk mencegah penularan HIV dan infeksi penyakit menular seksual penyerta lainnya serta mencegah kehamilan yang tidak direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penggunaan kontrasepsi dual proteksi pada pasangan ODHA dan faktor yang berhubungan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif cross sectional pada sampel 185 pasangan ODHA dan di analisis dengan uji Chi Square.Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa 50.8% pasangan ODHA tidak menggunakan kontrasepsi dual proteksi dan 49.2% pasangan ODHA menggunakan kontrasepsi dual proteksi. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa faktor pengetahuan, keyakinan, dukungan dan sikap berhubungan dengan penggunaan kontrasepsi dual proteksi pada pasangan ODHA (P<0.05). Konseling dan promosi kesehatan tentang kontrasepsi dual proteksi oleh petugas kesehatan masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk memaksimalkan cakupan penggunaan kontrasepsi dual proteksi pada pasangan ODHA.

ABSTRACT

Contraceptive dual protection on PLWHA couples aimed to preventing transmission of HIV and sexually transmitted infections other concomitant diseases and prevent unplanned pregnancies. This research aims to identify use of contraceptive dual protection of the couples living with HIV and others factors that associated. This research is a descriptive cross sectional study with sample of 185 couples of PLWHA and analyzed by Chi Square test. Results of the study found that 50.8% of PLWHA couples not using contraception dual protection and 49.2% of PLWHA couples using contraceptives dual protection.

The result of statistical analysis showed that the factors of knowledge, confidence, support and attitude associated with contraceptive dual protection use of the couples of PLWHA (P <0.05). Counseling and health promotion of contraceptive dual protection by health workers need to be improved in order to maximize coverage of contraceptive dual protection use of the couples of PLWHA."

"Praktik residensi keperawatan maternitas diselenggarakan untuk menghasilkan perawat maternitas yang menguasai aplikasi teori keperawatan maternitas dan memiliki keterampilan khusus untuk melakukan perawatan maternitas baik di rumah sakit maupun di komunitas. Laporan residensi ini menjelaskan tentang pelaksanaan praktik residensi maternitas, peran dan fungsi perawat maternitas, pencapaian kompetensi praktik dan upaya untuk memodifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi. Laporan residensi ini fokus pada penerapan teori need for help Wiedenbach dan self care Orem pada ibu hamil dengan tuberculosis multi drug resistance. Perawat maternitas perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan klinik secara berkelanjutan sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan maternitas.
