ABSTRAKPembuatan jurnal ini terinspirasi dari fenomena Hallyu yang mendunia beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Hallyu menyebabkan fenomena demam Korea yang saat ini sedang melanda banyak negara termasuk Indonesia. Korea Selatan mempromosikan budayanya lewat dunia hiburan seperti musik, film, tarian dan fashion. Tren fashion yang dibawa oleh artis Korea secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi gaya berpakaian penggemarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Hallyu terhadap gaya berpakaian mahasiswa BKK UI angkatan 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, serta studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya berpakaian mahasiswa BKK UI angkatan 2013 terpengaruh oleh tren fashion Korea sebagai akibat dari adanya proses interaksi dengan budaya populer Korea
ABSTRACTThis journal is inspired by Hallyu phenomena that was getting famous in the last few years. Hallyu causes a well known ldquo Korean fever rdquo that is getting popular in so many countries, including Indonesia. Korea nations promoted their culture by using entertainment tools such as music, film, dance and fashion. the fashion trends brought by Korean artists indirectly affect the fashion style of their fans. This research aims to prove the Hallyu rsquo s impacts toward Korean Literature and Culture Students, University of Indonesia Batch 2013 rsquo s fashion style. By using qualitative methods, the data of this research are collected through interviews, observations, documentations and literature reviews. The result of this research shows that the Korean Literature and Culture Students, University of Indonesia Batch 2013 rsquo s fashion style are influenced by Hallyu, as an interaction process rsquo effect with Korean popular culture."
