"ABSTRAK
PT Sinerco adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada penyediaan barang/jasa gas kompresor untuk kegiatan minyak dan gas. Tingginya kebutuhan terhadap gas bumi menyebabkan perlu adanya optimalisasi pada kegiatan produksi minyak dan gas. Persaingan PT Sinerco dalam memenangkan pelelangan dari KKKS ataupun Perusahaan Daerah sangat tinggi sehingga perlu suatu strategi yang kompetitif dalam mengelola kebutuhan dan kepuasan dari KKKS ataupun Perusahaan Daerah. PT Sinerco telah memanfaatkan SI/TI, namun belum optimal dan belum terencana dengan baik. Pemanfaatan Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi dalam suatu organisasi dapat optimal, jika direncanakan dengan baik dalam suatu Perencanaan Strategis untuk Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi. Perencanaan Strategi Sistem Informasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan kemampuan bersaing dari suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Perencanaan Strategis Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi dari Ward dan Peppard. Metode ini melakukan analisis terhadap faktor eksternal dan internal dari bisnis dan SI/TI perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang dapat digunakan adalah analisis PEST, analisis five forces, analisis eksternal value chain, analisis sumber daya dan kompetensi, analisis SWOT, analisis CSF, analisis internal value chain, analisis tren teknologi, analisis pemanfaatan SI/TI, dan analisis portofolio aplikasi. Untuk menentukan aplikasi, infrastruktur TI, dan manajemen SI/TI yang akan ditambahkan, dihilangkan, ataupun dikembangkan, maka digunakan analisis gap. Selanjutnya menentukan prioritas pengembangan dilakukan berdasarkan portofolio aplikasi yang selanjutnya didukung infrastruktur TI dan manajemen SI/TI. Metode ini menghasilkan rumusan rancangan SI dengan prioritas implementasi CRM, SI Pengelolaan Tender, SI Pengelolaan Kompresor, Accurate, Website, SI Pengelolaan Karyawan, SI Pengelolaan Pembayaran, SI Administrasi, Dashboard Perusahaan, SI Pengelolaan Event, E-Learning, E-Library, SI Pengelolaan Kontrak Kerja, SI Monitoring Risiko, dan SI Pengelolaan Operation. Agar berjalan optimal dan berkesinambungan, maka dibutuhkan dukungan dari infrastruktur TI dan manajemen SI/TI.

ABSTRACT
PT Sinerco is a company engaged in the provides of product/services gas compressors for oil and gas activities. The high demand for natural gas led to the need for optimization of the production activities of oil and gas. Competition PT Sinerco in winning the auction of the PSC or the Regional Company is very high so it needs a competitive strategy in managing the needs and satisfaction of the PSC or the Regional Company. PT Sinerco have made use of IS / IT, but not optimal and have not been well planned. Utilization of Information Systems and Technology in an organization can be optimal, if planned well in a Strategic Planning for Information Systems and Technology. Strategic Planning Information System can improve operational performance and competitive ability of a company. The method used in this research is the method of Strategic Planning of Information Systems and Technology from Ward and Peppard. This method of analyzing the internal and external factors of business and IS / IT companies. Analysis techniques that can be used is the PEST analysis, five forces analysis, external value chain analysis, resources and competencies analysis, SWOT analysis, CSF analysis, internal value chain analysis, technology trends analysis, the use of IS/IT analysis, and application portfolio analysis. To determine the application, IT infrastructure, and management / IT to be added, removed, or developed, then used a gap analysis. Next determine the priority of development carried out by the application portfolio is further supported IT infrastructure and management of IS / IT. This method resulted in the formulation design of IS with the priority of implementation of CRM, SI Pengelolaan Tender, SI Pengelolaan Kompresor, Accurate, Website, SI Pengelolaan Karyawan, SI Pengelolaan Pembayaran, SI Administrasi, Dashboard Perusahaan, SI Pengelolaan Event, E-Learning, E-Library, SI Pengelolaan Kontrak Kerja, SI Monitoring Risiko, dan SI Pengelolaan Operation. To be optimal, and sustainable, it needed the support of the IT infrastructure and management of IS / IT."
