"Hipertensi adalah penyakit dengan prevalensi yang tinggi, terutama pada kelompok lanjut usia. Obat golongan calcium channel blocker (CCB) kelompok dihidropiridin merupakan salah satu obat lini pertama dalam pengobatan hipertensi yang telah terbukti baik dari sisi efikasi dan keamanannya. Namun, efek samping yang dihasilkan adalah refleks takiaritmia sehingga dikembangkan CCB dihidropiridin generasi keempat seperti cilnidipine bertujuan untuk mengurangi efek samping ini dengan mekanisme kerja pada dua lokasi, yaitu menghambat kanal kalsium tipe L dan tipe N sehingga dapat dirancang analog-analog senyawa baru berdasarkan cilnidipine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh prediksi potensi dari beberapa senyawa yang dirancang berdasarkan analog dari cilnidipine dan memperoleh salah satunya, yaitu senyawa dibenzil 4-(3-klorofenil)-2,6-dimetil-1,4-dihidropiridin-3,5-dikarboksilat melalui proses sintesis serta hasil uji karaterisasi. Penelitian ini diawali dengan penambatan molekuler senyawa target terhadap makromolekul tipe-L (6JP5) dan tipe-N (7VFW) dengan hasil energi bebas ikatan (ΔG) dan konstanta inhibisi (Ki) yang lebih baik dibandingkan cilnidipine pada kedua makromolekul. Senyawa target kemudian disintesis menggunakan microwave dalam pelarut etanol. Hasil sintesis dimurnikan menggunakan kromatografi lapis tipis preparatif dan diperoleh rendemen sebesar 1,02%. Elusidasi struktur dilakukan terhadap senyawa target dan diperoleh senyawa target dengan nama IUPAC dibenzil 4-(3-klorofenil)-2,6-dimetil-1,4-dihidropiridin-3,5-dikarboksilat yang telah dikonfirmasi dengan spektroskopi IR, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, dan LC–MS/MS.

Hypertension is a disease with a high prevalence, especially in the elderly. The dihydropyridine group of calcium channel blocker (CCB) is one of the first-line drugs in the treatment of hypertension which has been proven in terms of efficacy and safety. However, the resulting side effect is tachyarrhythmia reflex, so the fourth generation of dihydropyridine CCBs such as cilnidipine was developed. The aim is to reduce this side effect by acting at two locations, by inhibiting type L and type N calcium channels so that new analogue compounds based on cilnidipine can be designed. This study aims to obtain potential predictions of several compounds designed based on analogues of cilnidipine and to obtain one of them, namely dibenzyl 4-(3-chlorophenyl)-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate through synthesis process and characterization. This research was initiated by molecular docking of target compound to macromolecules of type-L (6JP5) and type-N (7VFW) with better bond free energy (ΔG) and inhibition constant (Ki) results than cilnidipine in both macromolecules. The target compound was then synthesized using a microwave in ethanol solvent. The synthesis results were purified using preparative thin layer chromatography with a yield of 1.02%. Structural elucidation was carried out on the target compound and the target compound with IUPAC name dibenzyl 4-(3-chlorophenyl)-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate was obtained which was confirmed by IR spectroscopy, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and LC–MS/MS."

"Laporan ini bertujuan untuk memetakan obat di gudang obat Puskesmas Ciracas sebagai bagian dari kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penyimpanan obat di gudang, terutama setelah dilakukan penggabungan beberapa gudang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya sistem penyimpanan yang terstruktur dan mudah diakses, yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan petugas dalam mengambil dan mendistribusikan obat. Laporan ini juga merekomendasikan untuk mempertahankan metode penyimpanan yang digunakan, serta memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan petunjuk pengambilan obat.

This report aims to map medications in the pharmacy warehouse of Ciracas Health Center as part of the Pharmacist Professional Practice (PKPA) activities. This activity was conducted to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medication storage in the warehouse, especially after the consolidation of several warehouses. The medication mapping process includes arranging medications alphabetically, separating medications based on expiration dates, providing space for high-risk medications (LASA), assigning codes to each medication, and creating a medication list and warehouse layout. The result of this activity is the establishment of a well-organized and easily accessible storage system, which is expected to assist staff in retrieving and distributing medications efficiently. The report also recommends maintaining the current storage method and suggests adding more detailed instructions to further facilitate medication retrieval. "

"Laporan ini mengkaji pemantauan terapi obat pada pasien yang dirawat inap dengan kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever/DHF) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) pada periode Januari 2024. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk menganalisis masalah terkait obat menggunakan klasifikasi Hepler dan Strand, serta memberikan rekomendasi terapi guna meminimalkan masalah tersebut. Dua pasien yang dijadikan studi kasus dievaluasi berdasarkan riwayat penyakit, tanda vital, pemeriksaan laboratorium, dan rasionalitas terapi. Hasil dari evaluasi menunjukkan adanya masalah terkait obat, seperti dosis yang kurang tepat dan terapi tanpa indikasi. This report examines drug therapy monitoring for inpatients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) at Universitas Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) during the January 2024 period. The aim of this report is to analyze drug-related problems using the Hepler and Strand classification and provide therapeutic recommendations to minimize these issues. Two patients were used as case studies and evaluated based on their medical history, vital signs, laboratory results, and therapeutic rationality. The evaluation results revealed drug-related problems, such as inappropriate dosages and therapy without indication. This report recommends the active role of pharmacists in monitoring drug therapy to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and minimize adverse drug reactions, as well as optimizing pharmacists' knowledge regarding drug indications and dosages. "

This report aims to analyze the implementation of Good Distribution Practices for Medicines (CDOB) and Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices (CDAKB) in operational aspects, storage, and inventory management at PT. Medquest Jaya Global (MJG). The company specializes in distributing medical devices and pharmaceutical products and has been certified for CDOB and CDAKB. The findings indicate that PT. MJG has successfully implemented CDOB and CDAKB standards across its operations. The company has demonstrated proper handling of products, adherence to storage conditions, and compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, PT. MJG follows strict processes for product inspection, stock monitoring, and quality assurance. In conclusion, PT. MJG effectively maintains product safety, quality, and integrity throughout the supply chain, aligning with both CDOB and CDAKB guidelines. "

"Laporan ini membahas analisis dan penanganan permasalahan pada mesin autostacker di area pengemasan produk A di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja mesin pengemasan primer melalui perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yang ditargetkan mencapai 51%. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi false reject dan gangguan mekanis seperti blister yang menyangkut, berantakan, dan jatuh dari conveyor. Solusi yang diberikan meliputi optimasi sensor, kamera, dan mekanisme conveyor pada mesin autostacker. Hasil implementasi solusi menunjukkan peningkatan OEE mesin pengemasan primer dari 48,87% pada bulan November menjadi 50,44% pada bulan Desember. Namun, target OEE belum tercapai, dan pengamatan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja mesin.

This report discusses the analysis and resolution of issues related to the autostacker machine in the packaging area of product A at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi. The focus of this study is to improve the effectiveness of the primary packaging machine by calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), targeted to reach 51%. The main identified problems include false rejects and mechanical issues such as blisters getting stuck, disorganized blisters, and blisters falling from the conveyor. The proposed solutions involve optimizing the sensors, cameras, and conveyor mechanisms of the autostacker machine. The implementation of these solutions resulted in an increase in the OEE of the primary packaging machine from 48.87% in November to 50.44% in December. However, the target OEE has not yet been achieved, and further observation is needed to maximize machine performance. "
