"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk memahami ruang lingkup kerja, tugas pokok dan fungsi Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian, memahami program kerja yang sedang dijalankan oleh masing-masing subdirektorat di Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian, yaitu subdirektorat Farmasi Komunitas, subdirektorat Farmasi Klinik dan Subdirektorat Penggunaan Obat Rasional, serta memahami kerjasama subdirektorat dalam Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian dalam rangka persiapan implementasi Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN). Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai tujuan perawatan pasien di ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU), mendapatkan informasi mengenai masalah terkait obat dan mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah terkait obat yang terjadi di ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Pharmacist Internship Program at Directorate of Pharmacy Services Directorate General of Pharmaceutical Services and Medical Devices Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia aims to understand the scope of work, duties and functions of the Directorate of Pharmacy Services, to understand the work program is being run by each Subdirectorate in Directorate of Pharmacy Services, they are subdirectorate of community pharmacy, subdirectorate of clinical pharmacy and subdirectorate of rational use of medicines, and also to understand the cooperation of each Subdirectorate in Directorate of Pharmacy Services in preparation for the implemantation of the National Social Insurance System (SJSN). While the purpose of the specific assignment is to obtain information about the purpose of patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), to obtain information about drug related problems and to identify drug related problems that occur in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Guardian Pharmatama Kawasan Industri Manis Jalan Manis Raya Km 8,5 Gandasari, Jatiuwung, Tangerang. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, menigkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek industri farmasi yang berhubungan dengan CPOB serta mengetahui penerapan CPOB di PT. Guardian Pharmatama dan memahami tugas, fungsi, tanggung jawab dan wewenang apoteker dalam industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Revisi Prosedur Tetap Khusus Pemeriksaan Bahan Awal. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai prosedur tetap khusus pemeriksaan bahan awal dan tata cara penyusunannya serta memahami peranan apoteker dalam penyusunan prosedur tetap yang berkaitan dengan pengawasan mutu.

Specific Assignment given was Revision of Standard Operating Procedures of Raw Material Inspections. The aim of the specific assignment is to obtain information about Standard Operating Procedures of Raw Material Inspections and preparation procedures as well as to understand the role of pharmacist in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures related to quality control. "

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 48 bertujuan untuk memahami peran dan fungsi apoteker di apotek serta memahami kegiatan di apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Terapi Obat Pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai tujuan dilakukan pemantauan terapi obat dan mendeskripsikan kondisi pasien selama pemantauan terapi obat dilaksanakan.

Specific assignment given was Therapeutic Drug Monitoring for Patients With Diabetes Mellitus. The aim of the specific assignment is to obtain information about the purpose of therapeutic drug monitoring and describe the condition of patients during therapeutic drug monitoring was conducted."
