"ABSTRAKMakalah ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membiayai kegiatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Litbang dengan fokus pada pemodelan harga sukuk sebagai sumber pembiayaan. Kami melakukan skenario harga yang berbeda berdasarkan simulasi menggunakan pendekatan Real Options, terdiri dari: skenario Continuity, Abandonment dan Substitution. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pengguna dengan perkiraan nilai produk di masa depan tergantung pada nilai risiko serta skenario yang dipilih, untuk nilai awal proyek project outlay . Nilai risiko proyek diperoleh dengan mengkonversi Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi TRL . Hasil menunjukkan konsistensi mengikuti risk-return tradeoff untuk semua skenario kecuali skenario complete continuity dan skenario complete continuity menyediakan hasil yang paling dekat dengan hasil dari Project Based Sukuk PBS yang telah ada saat ini.

ABSTRACTThis paper proposes a model for financing R D activities with a focus on modeling the pricing of sukuk as source of financing. We conduct different pricing scenarios based on simulation using real option approach, consist of continuity, abandonment and substitution scenarios. The results could provide the user with possible future values of the products depending on the risk value as well as the scenario chosen, for a given initial value of the project. The risk value of the project was obtained by converting the project rsquo s Technology Readiness Level TRL . The results show a consistency following the risk return tradeoff for all scenarios except the complete continuity scenario and the complete continuity scenario provides the closest results with the yields of the existing Project Based Sukuk PBS ."
