Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Kejayaan Depok bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisa Resep Terapi Tuberkulosis Anak Tahap Lanjutan. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah mengkaji ketepatan terapi tuberkulosis pasien anak tahap lanjutan berdasarkan kajian resep dari apotek Kimia Farma 202 dan memastikan resep tuberkulosis pasien anak tahap lanjutan memenuhi persyaratan kajian administratif, farmasetik dan klinis.

ABSTRACT
Internship at Kimia Farma Drugstore No. 202 Kejayaan Depok on November 2016 has aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in management of drugstore, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience of pharmacy to carry out the practice of pharmacy in drugstore, as well as figuring out a real picture about the problems of pharmacy practice. Main assignment given, entitled ldquo Prescription Analysis of Pediatric Patients with Advanced Stages of Tuberculosis rdquo . The purpose of the task is to assess the accuracy of treatment for pediatric patients with advanced stages of tuberkulosis based on the study of prescription obtained from Kimia Farma Drugstore No. 202 and ensure the prescription of pediatric patients with advanced stages of tuberculosis comply the requirements of administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical studies.
