Abstrak :
Tesis ini membahas proses pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi BAIK Program Pembiayaan Mikro khusus Ibu Rumah Tangga miskin pedesaan di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Deskriptif-Analitik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa program pembiayaan mikro yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi BAIK sejalan dengan implementasi kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor namun belum sepenuhnya dipahami sebagai proses dalam konteks teoritiknya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pemberdayaan masyarakat, yaitu : a) Faktor penghambat : Penyaluran pembiayaan usaha produktif belum maksimal sehingga menambah beban hutang anggota yang mengakibatkan tingkat keaktifan anggota menurun; b). Faktor pendukung : Partisipasi anggota relatif tinggi untuk diberdayakan. ......The focus this study is the process of community empowerment conducted by Koperasi BAIK on Microfinance Program, specifically Housewife poor in rural Bogor Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive-analytic. The data were collected by means of deep interview. The study concluded that implementation of microfinance program in line with government policy but has not been fully understood as a process in theoretical context. Factors that influence the process : a) Blockage Factors: Distribution of financing productive enterprises is not yet maximized and increase the debt burden of the members; b). Supporting factors: Participation of the members could be empowered.
