"ABSTRAK<>br>Penelitian yang membahas tentang isu drugs telah banyak dilakukan dan artikel ini fokus melakukan perbandingan berbagai kajian kerentanan mahasiswa terhadap drugs di dunia dengan menggunakan konsep vulnerability dan teori aktivitas rutin yang dimulai dengan thesis statement bahwa mahasiswa di berbagai negara dunia memiliki konteks kerentanan yang berbeda terhadap drugs. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi konteks kerentanan mahasiswa terhadap drugs yang berbeda di berbagai negara dunia seperti Amerika Serikat, Eropa, Pakistan, dan Indonesia. Data-data yang disajikan merupakan hasil eksplorasi kajian kepustakaan yang didapat baik dari lembaga resmi seperti UNODC, BNN, dan PPK UI maupun dari penelitian ilmiah terdahulu lainnya yang memuat konteks kerentanan mahasiswa terhadap drugs di empat negara diatas. Hasil tulisan ini adalah ditemukannya berbagai konteks kerentanan mahasiswa terhadap drugs di dunia yang tergantung pada berbagai faktor budaya dan konteks penggunaan drugs itu sendiri.

ABSTRACT<>br>A lot of research has been done to examine drugs related issues and this article discusses about the comparative study of college student rsquo s vulnerability against drugs in the world by using the concept of vulnerability and routine activity theory. This article starts with a thesis statement that college student in various countries of the world have different contexts of vulnerability to drugs. The purpose of this paper is to identify the context of vulnerability to drugs that college student face in many countries including United States, Europe, Pakistan, and Indonesia. Presented data is the result of exploratory literature studies obtained either from official institutions such as UNODC, BNN, and PPK UI and from other previous scientific research that contains the vulnerability context of college student against drugs in four countries above. The result of this paper is the discovery of the various contexts of college student rsquo s vulnerability against drugs in the world depending to a wide range of factors associated with the culture and context of drugs use."
