"ABSTRAKLaporan magang ini membahas mengenai prosedur audit dan perlakuan akuntansi,atas akun properti pertambangan (mining properties) melalui studi kasus pada tahappelaksanaan audit atas laporan keuangan PT KLM tahun 2015. Studi kasus inibersifat deskriptif dan akan membandingkan praktik yang dilakukan KAP XYZ danPT KLM dengan peraturan yang relevan, yakni ISA dan PSAK 64. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian, disimpulkan bahwa tahap pelaksanaan audit yang dijalankan oleh tim auditKAP XYZ atas akun properti pertambangan (mining properties) telah sesuai denganteori dan standar yang berlaku. Serta perlakuan akuntansi atas akun propertipertambangan (mining properties) telah sesuai dengan PSAK yang berlaku.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is to explain about audit procedures and accounting treatmentof mining properties through case study of audit implementation of 2015 financialstatement in PT KLM. This study focused on descriptive study and compared KAPXYZ and PT KLM?s practices with relevant regulations, namely ISA and PSAK 64.Based on the result of this study, audit implementation by the public accountant firmhas complied with the prevailing theory and standards. In addition, accountingtreatment of mining properties has complied with the Indonesian FinancialAccounting Standards (IFAS)."

"Kabupaten Cianjur merupakan salah satu wilayah yang mengalami urbanisasi. Informasi spasial mengenai zona iklim lokal dapat bermanfaat untuk berbagai aspek salah satunya dapat mengidentifikasi secara spasial wilayah yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih karena berpotensi mengalami masalah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi spasial zona iklim lokal di Kabupaten Cianjur dan mengetahui asosiasi zona iklim lokal dengan distribusi kepadatan penduduk secara spasial di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan WUDAPT untuk menghasilkan peta zona iklim lokal dan menggunakan data citra Word Population untuk menghasilkan peta kepadatan penduduk berbentuk People in Pixel (PIP). Analisis yang dilakukan adalah secara spasial dengan menggunakan analisis overlay serta didukung dengan analisis statistik berupa uji ANOVA. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 11 klasifikasi di Kabupaten Cianjur yaitu compact midrise (2), compact low rise (3), open low rise (6), sparsely built (9), heavy industry (10), dense trees (A), scattered trees (B), bush and scrub (C), low plants (D), bare rock or pave (E), dan water (G). Diketahui juga bahwa asosiasi zona iklim lokal dengan distribusi kepadatan penduduk secara spasial di Kabupaten Cianjur menunjukkan bahwa semakin zona iklim lokal di wilayah tersebut compact atau padat (bangunan), maka kepadatan penduduk akan cenderung tinggi.

Cianjur Regency is one of the areas experiencing urbanization. Spatial information regarding local climate zones can be useful for various aspects, one of which is to spatially identify areas that need more attention because they have the potential to experience environmental problems. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the spatial distribution of local climate zones in Cianjur Regency and knowing the association of local climate zones with the spatial distribution of population density in Cianjur Regency. This study uses WUDAPT to produce local climate zone maps and uses Word Population imagery data to produce population density maps in the form of People in Pixels (PIP). The analysis was carried out spatially by using overlay analysis and supported by statistical analysis in the form of an ANOVA test. The results of the study show that there are 11 classifications in Cianjur Regency, namely compact midrise (2), compact low rise (3), open low rise (6), sparsely built (9), heavy industry (10), dense trees (A), scattered trees (B), bush and scrub (C), low plants (D), bare rock or pave (E), and water (G). It is also known that the association of local climate zones with the spatial distribution of population density in Cianjur Regency shows that the more compact the local climate zone in the area (buildings), the higher the population density."
