"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di Divisi Product Quality Engineering PT. MEB dimana terdapat satu seksi yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia karyawan di divisi tersebut. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pelatihan. Kepuasan peserta dianalisis dengan metode SERVQUAL. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor prioritas perbaikan yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pelatihan. Faktor-faktor yang diprioritaskan ditentukan dengan metode Importance-Performance Analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepuasan peserta dan faktor-faktor prioritas perbaikan meliputi Informasi yang jelas mengenai peraturan, fasilitas peserta, program pelatihan, kebersihan toilet, makanan selama pelaksanaan pelatihan, metode belajar, kemungkinan untuk mendapatkan pelatihan ulang dan mendapatkan handout jika handout yang dimiliki hilang.

ABSTRACTThis research was done at the Product Quality Engineering Division PT. MEB which one of their sections has a duty to create a training program to increase the quality of human resources. This research was done to determine the participants satisfaction level for the training services quality. Participants satisfaction levels analysis measured by the SERVQUAL method. This research was done to determine the priority improvement factors which must be done to increase the training services quality. This factors determined by the Importance-Performance Analysis methode. The result of this research is the customer satisfaction levels and the priority of improvement factors that must be done consist of the information of rule of training, participants facilities, training program, lavatory sanitary, the meal, learning method, the possibility to get the retraining and to get the handout when their handout lost."
