"Selulosa mikrokristal merupakan turunan selulosa yang umum digunakan sebagai eksipien dalam sediaan tablet cetak langsung. Potensi kandungan selulosa yang cukup tinggi pada eceng gondok sekitar 60 memungkinkan untuk digunakan dalam pembuatan selulosa mikrokristal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh isolat kapang selulolitik, memperoleh kondisi optimum hidrolisis enzimatis meliputi optimasi pH, suhu, waktu, dan konsentrasi enzim, dan membandingkan karakteristik selulosa mikrokristal yang didapatkan dari eceng gondok dengan selulosa mikrokristal standar, Avicel pH101.Penelitian ini diawali dengan isolasi kapang selulolitik, kemudian enzim selulase yang diekstraksi dari kapang selulolitik digunakan untuk hidrolisis enzimatis selulosa pada ?-selulosa hasil delignifikasi dari serbuk eceng gondok untuk memperoleh selulosa mikrokristal. Selulosa mikrokristal hasil hidrolisis enzimatis dikarakterisasi dengan XRD X-Ray Diffraction dibandingkan dengan Avicel 101.Hasil penelitian didapatkan isolat kapang selulolitik yang optimal yaitu isolat hijau tanah dan diperoleh kondisi hidrolisis yang optimal yakni pada suhu 30 C, pH 5, dan durasi 1 jam dengan volume enzim 5 mL. Berdasarkan pola difraktogram terlihat adanya kemiripan sifat kristalin antara selulosa mikrokristal hasil hidrolisis enzimatis dengan standar selulosa mikrokristal Avicel pH101.

Microcrystalline cellulose is a cellulose derivate which usually used as a pharmaceutical excipient in the manufacturing of direct compression tablet. High potency of cellulose in water hyacinth about 60 might be used in manufacturing of microcrystalline cellulose. The research aimed to obtain the best cellulolytic fungi, to obtain the optimal conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis including optimization of pH, temperature, duration and enzyme concentration, and comparing microcrystalline cellulose characteristics obtained from water hyacinth with microcrystalline cellulose standard, Avicel pH101.

This research began with isolation of cellulolytic fungus, then cellulase enzymes extracted from cellulolytic fungi was used for enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose in cellulose resulting from delignification of the water hyacinth powder to obtain microcrystalline cellulose. Microcrystalline cellulose produced by enzymatic hydrolysis was characterized by XRD X Ray Diffraction compared with Avicel 101.

The results showed optimal cellulolitic isolat of isolate hijau tanah and obtained optimal hydrolysis conditions at 30 C, pH 5, and 1 hours in 5 mL enzyme volume. Based on the pattern of diffraction there was a similarity between microcrystalline cellulose of enzymatic hydrolysis result compared with Avicel pH101."

"Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 375 Depok Periode Bulan Januari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu 'Analisis Resep Obat Antialergi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 375 Periode Januari 2018'. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu melakukan skrining dan identifikasi resep obat alergi yang mencakup kesesuaian farmasetik, kelengkapan administratif, dan pertimbangan klinis.

This internship at was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Analysis of Prescription Related to Anti Allergy Drugs at Kimia Farma 375 Pharmacy Period January 2018 . The purpose of this special assignment is that prospective pharmacists capable of screening and identification of allergy prescriptions that include pharmaceutical suitability, administrative completeness, and clinical considerations. "

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Standardisasi Penyimpanan, Perawatan, Inspeksi, dan Pendataan Spare Part serta Peralatan di Area Produksi GP Solid rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk adalah melakukan pemastian terhadap kegiatan penyimpanan, perawatan, inspeksi, dan pendataan spare part dan melakukan pembuatan working instruction sesuai dengan hasil observasi. Secara umum, PT Darya ndash;Varia Laboratoria Tbk telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.
