"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai evaluasi implementasi BIM pada tahap perencanaan pekerjaan konstruksi pada kontraktor dengan contoh pengamatan pada PT.XY. Penelitian ini dilihat dari sudut pandang kontraktor. Dengan identifikasi terhadap proses bisnis yang telah diterapkan BIM dan dilihat dampaknya terhadap beberapa faktor. Setelah dilakukan penelitian; didapatkan bahwa dampak yang dihasilkan dari implementasi BIM cenderung positif dibandingkan tidak menggunakan BIM. Walau penerapannya belum sepenuhnya efektif. Penerapan BIM juga terbukti dapat membantu memecahkan berbagai masalah yang terjadi di dalam proses bisnis kontraktor.

ABSTRACT<>br>This undergraduate thesis discusses the evaluation of the implementation of BIM in the planning stage of construction work on the contractor with an example of observation on PT.XY. This study is viewed from the point of view of the contractor. With the identification of business processes that has been implemented with BIM and its impact on several factors. After the research it was found that the impact resulting from BIM implementation tended to be positive compared to not using BIM, Although its implementation has not been fully effective. The implementation of BIM is also proven to help solve various problems that occur within the contractor business process."
