"Pencegahan penyebaran wabah Covid-19 melalui metode Corona Likelihood Metric (CLM) merupakan salah satu upaya Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam mengatasi wabah Covid-19. Upaya tersebut bukan hanya dapat memudahkan pemerintah dalam pencegahan penyebaran wabah Covid-19, tetapi memudahkan masyarakat untuk melakukan screening mandiri apakah terpapar Covid-19. Metode CLM dapat memproses jawaban yang diberikan oleh pengguna, bukan hanya itu saja CLM juga dapat memberikan hasil uji dan rekomendasi untuk pengambilan tindakan medis yang tepat. Metode CLM memiliki kelebihan yaitu memakai ilmu Artificial Intelligence, sehingga programmer tidak perlu lagi menulis kode secara bertahap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 melalui metode CLM khususnya di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Model Of Participation yang dikonseptualisasikan oleh Stoker, Pratchett, dan Lowndess. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekaatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa mix method melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa narasumber yang bersangkutan dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berdasarkan distribusi frekuensi, ukuran pemusatan, dan ukuran penyebaran melalui software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa hipotesis peneliti ditolak dalam penelitian ini. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam mencegah penyebaran wabah Covid-19 melalui metode CLM di Provinsi DKI Jakarta tergolong tinggi. gabungan kelima dimensi masuk kedalam kategori tinggi (60%). Tingginya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat didukung dengan tingginya dimensi Can do (98%), Like to (95%), Enabled to (62%), Asked to (80%), Responded to (95%), dan Enabled to (62%).

Prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak through the Corona Likelihood Metric (CLM) method is one of the efforts of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in overcoming the Covid-19 outbreak. These efforts will not only make it easier for the government to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, but also make it easier for the public to conduct independent screening for whether they are exposed to Covid-19. The CLM method can process the answers given by the user, not only that CLM can also provide test results and recommendations for taking appropriate medical action. The CLM method has the advantage of using Artificial Intelligence, so that programmers no longer need to write code in stages. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation in preventing the spread of Covid-19 through the CLM method, especially in DKI Jakarta Province. This study uses the Model Of Participation theory conceptualized by Stoker, Pratchett, and Lowndess. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of a mix method through in-depth interviews with several relevant informants and distributing questionnaires using data analysis techniques based on frequency distribution, size of concentration, and size of spread through SPSS software. The results showed that the researcher's hypothesis was rejected in this study. The hypothesis in this study is that the level of community participation in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak through the CLM method in DKI Jakarta Province is relatively high. the combination of the five dimensions is included in the high category (60%). The high level of community participation is supported by the high dimensions of Can do (98%), Like to (95%), Enabled to (62%), Asked to (80%), Responded to (95%), and Enabled to (62%)."
