"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana emas dapat berfungsi sebagai alat hedging yang sempurna untuk mengatasi dampak buruk terjadinya inflasi pada suatu Negara. Hal ini dilihat dari pengaruh expected dan unexpected inflasi terhadap return emas. Hasilnya ternyata hanya unexpected atau unanticipated inflation yang memiliki pengaruh terhadar return emas, berbeda dengan Vietnam dimana expected dan unexpected memiliki pengaruh yang sama-sama kuat terhadap return harga emas di Negara tersebut.

This study aims to analyze the extent to which gold can serve as a perfect hedging instrument to address the adverse effects of inflation on a State. It is seen from the influence of expected and unexpected inflation to return the gold. The result was just unexpected or unanticipated inflation which has the effect to gold returns, in contrast to Vietnam where expected and unexpected influence equally strong against the return of the gold price in the country. This is largely determined by economic and political conditions in each of these countries. "

"Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana cara berkomunikasi seseorang pemimpin dapat mempengaruhi organisasi secara keseluruhan. Fous dalam penelitian ini adlah organisasi berbasis relasi yang sangat berbeda dengan organisasi berhirarki, pemimpin efektif didalam organisasi, dan cara-cara berkomunikasi yang pemimpin sebaiknya terapkan. Studi ini mengkaji kasus dari salah satu artikel yang diambil dari Kompas, mengenai sebuah komunitas di Edelwiess Harvest City di Cileungsi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa komunitas tersebut sangat mengerti bahwa mereka membutuhkan seorang pemimpin yang dapat menggunakan cara yang baik dalam berkomunikasi untuk menghindari kesalahpahaman, salah artikan, dan konflik.

This research examines how the leader communication style affects the organization as a whole. The focus in this research is in the relational based organization that is quite different with the hierarchy organization; the effective leader in the organization, and what kind of communication styles the leader should apply to. This study examines case from one of articles taken from Kompas, about a community in Edelweiss Harvest City in Cileungsi. This study found that the community fully understands that they need a leader that uses the right style to communicate to prevent misunderstanding, misinterpretation, and conflict."
