"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor kemenangan yang dihadapi Angela Merkel dalam pemilihan Kanselir Jerman tahun 2005, berdasarkan studi tentang identitas marjinal dan identifikasi politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menjelaskan mengenai persoalan identitas dan identifikasi politik dalam proses Pemilu Jerman 2005. Identitas marjinal terkait dengan identitas Merkel sebagai perempuan dalam masyarakat Jerman yang Patriarkhis dan sebagai orang (bekas) Jerman Timur yang memiliki kesenjangan antar kelas sosial dengan masyarakat (bekas) Jerman Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberadaan masalah identitas marjinal Angela Merkel, sebagai kandidat, yang bertentangan dengan identifikasi identitas partai politiknya, CDU, dalam proses Pemilu. Sehingga penelitian ini menemukan faktor-faktor kemenangan dalam proses pencapaian kesuksesan Angela Merkel sebagai Kanselir Jerman terpilih. Faktor-faktor kemenangan ini dibagi menjadi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal.

This thesis discusses the marginal identity problem and winning factors which were encountered by Angela Merkel in Germany 2005 chancellor election, based on study about marginal identity and political identification. This study used qualitative research method to explain about the matter of political identity and identification in the Germany 2005 election. The marginal identity is associated with Merkel's identity as a woman in a patriarchal society and as an (former) East German which has a social class gap with the (former) West German. The result of this study indicates the existence of Angela Merkel?s (as a candidate) marginal identity problem, which was contrary to the identity identification of her political party, the CDU, in the election process. So this research found some winning factors in the process of achieving Angela Merkel?s success as elected chancellor. These winning factors are divided into internal and external factors."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang reproduksi buku elektronik yang sekarang marak ditemukan dan digunakan di media elektronik. Skripsi ini menganalisa bagaimana kedudukan buku elektronik dibawah konvensi internasional seperti Konvensi Berne, Traktak Hak Cipta WIPO, dan bagaimana buku elektronik berbeda dengan Program Komputer seperti tertuang di TRIPS. Skripsi ini juga akan menganalisa bahwa tindakan reproduksi buku elektronik tidak hanya tindakan memperbanyak jumlah karya, tapi juga merubah media karya dan membuat adaptasi dalam terjemahan buku elektronik, dimana semuanya membutuhkan izin tersendiri dari penulis. Reproduksi buku elektronik terkait dekat dengan hak ekonomi seorang penulis, tetapi dalam skripsi ini akan dijelaskan bahwa reproduksi buku elektronik juga melanggar hak integritas penulis, dimana hak tersebut adalah hak eksklusif seorang penulis dibawah hak moral. Kasus yang ditampilkan dalam skripsi ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana reproduksi buku elektronik melanggar hak moral dan juga hak ekonomi seorang penulis. Skripsi ini juga memuat wawancara dengan narasumber dari Direktorat Jenderal Hak Kekayaan Intelektual terkait dengan perlindungan otomatis yang menunjukkan upaya-upaya perlindungan terhadap penulis yang tertuang dalam UU no. 19 tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta.

This thesis discusses about reproduced e-Books that is now commonly found and used by the people in digital media. This thesis will analyze of how the e-Books will be placing under the international conventions such as Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty and how is it distinguished from Computer Program as stated in TRIPS. This thesis also analyze that the act of reproduction in e-Books is not only increasing the number of work, but also transforming media of works, and adaptation in translations, which all of them requires a partial authorization from the author. Reproduction of e-Books is closely related to the economic rights of an author, however in this thesis, it will argue that reproduction of e-Books also harm the rights of integrity of an author, which is one of the exclusive rights of an author under moral rights. The cases featured in this thesis will show how reproduced e-Books harm both moral right and economic rights of an author. This thesis involving interviews with Directorate General of Intellectual Property regarding automatic protection in order to exhibit protection remedies to author in Law no. 19 year 2002."
