"ABSTRAKFenomena multikultural menuntut mahasiswa keperawatan harus memiliki kompetensi budaya. Mahasiswa keperawatan yang kompeten secara budaya lebih memahami perbedaan dan persamaan budaya klien dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan peka budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya perbedaan tingkat kompetensi budaya berdasarkan jenjang program. Penelitian ini melibatkan 164 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari mahasiswa reguler semester 8 dan profesi profesi semester 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan teknik sampling stratified random sampling. Sumber Kuisioner pada penelitian ini yaitu modifikasi dari instrument IAPCC-SV oleh Campinha Bacote. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata tingkat kompetensi budaya mahasiswa profesi semester 2 yaitu 60,0 dan mahasiswa reguler semester 8 yaitu 59,0 p value = 0,283; alpha=0,05 . Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa reguler semester 8 berada pada tingkat sadar budaya dan profesi semester 2 berada pada tingkat kompeten budaya dan secara statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna. Penelitian selanjutnya diperlukan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi budaya.

ABSTRACTMulticultural phenomena require nursing students to have cultural competence. Competent nursing students are culturally more understanding of cultural differences and equations of clients in providing culturally sensitive nursing care. This study aims to see the differences in the level of cultural competence based on program level. This study involves 164 students consisting of regular students of 8th term and profession student 2nd term. This research use cross sectional design with stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaire rsquo s sources in this study is a modification from IAPCC SV instrument by Campinha Bacote. The results showed that the average value of the competency level of professional students in the 2nd semester was 60.0 and the regular students of 8th term were 59.0 p value 0.283 alpha 0,05 . The results show that regular students of the 8th term are at a aware level of culture and the profession student term 2nd at the competent level of culture and there is no statistically significant difference. Further research is needed to look at the factors influencing cultural competence."

"Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit kronik yang disebabkan oleh tingginya kadar glukosa darah. Tingginya kadar glukosa darah yang terjadi terus menerus dapat mengakibatkan munculnya komplikasi. Komplikasi yang paling sering pada diabetes melitus yaitu ulkus diabetikum. Ulkus diabetikum disebabkan karena terjadinya neuropati perifer dan penyakit arteri perifer. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada klien dengan diabetes melitus untuk mencegah terjadinya ulkus diabetikum. Intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan yaitu melakukan perawatan kaki. Selain itu juga, dilakukan pengontrolan glukosa darah dan pemberian edukasi kesehatan. Hasil evaluasi dari implementasi keperawatan yang diberikan yaitu sel-sel kulit mati pada kaki berkurang, kulit kaki tidak kering, pulsasi baik, dan kadar glukosa darah stabil.Kata Kunci: Diabetes melitus, glukosa darah, perawatan kaki

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease caused by high blood glucose levels. The high levels of blood glucose that occur continuously can lead to the emergence of complications.
