"Indonesia memiliki potensi perikanan yang sangat besar dari segi penyediaan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat yang menjadi nelayan maupun untuk meningkatkan devisa negara. Namun nelayan tradisonal di Indonesia belum mengetahui bagaimana proses penanganan ikan segar yang baik sehingga tidak cepat rusak dan membusuk setelah ditangkap.
Proses penyimpanan ikan di dalam kapal merupakan proses yang penting bagi nelayan karena hal ini menyangkut kualitas dari kesegaran ikan tangkapan nelayan yang akan dijual nantinya. Biasanya para nelayan setelah menangkap ikan, langsung membekukannya di dalam tempat penyimpanan ikan yang mereka beri es. Ruang penyimpanan yang ada dalam perahu-perahu nelayan tradisional belum layak untuk dapat menahan ikan dalam waktu lama. Indonesia terletak di negara sub tropis yang selalu mendapat sinar matahari yang cukup, sehingga dimungkinkan untuk membuat suatu ruang penyimpanan ikan dengan tenaga matahari.
Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mendesain suatu ruangan penyimpanan ikan yang sederhana dengan menggunakan tenaga surya sesuai dengan kondisi nelayan yang ada di Indonesia dan jumlah beban listrik yang dibutuhkan sebesar 275 Watt.

Indonesia has abundant fishery potential from supplying employment for our society that to be fisherman or to improve state's stock exchange. Although that, many fishermen have not known yet about the handling process of the fresh fish so it does not destroy quickly and decay after it was arrested.
Fish storage process in the boat is a important process for fisherman because this case relevant to freshness quality from fish that will be selled by fisherman in the next time. Normally, after arrest the fish, fisherman freeze the fish into fish storage place that there are ices as freezing medium. Storage place that use fisherman right now, it has not proper for maintan fish temperatur duration long time. Indonesia has position in sub tropis country that get enough intensity of the heat of the sun, therefore it has possibility to make solar cold storage in the boat of fisherman.
This research is purposed to make design for simple cold storage that use photovoltaic technology where it?s suitable to fisherman condition in yhe indonesia right now and total electrical load for this design are 275 Watt.

"Pengukuran medan dekat merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran karakteristik antena. Ada tiga macam pengukuran medan dekat, yaitu planar, silindris, dan bola. Diantara ketiga metode tersebut, metode planar merupakan metode yang mempunyai bentuk matematis yang sederhana sehingga mudah diimplementasikan dalam pemograman. Dalam pengukuran medan dekat metode planar, data medan dekat antena tes diambil oleh antena probe ketika antena tes berada pada wilayah radiasi medan dekatnya. Data medan dekat tersebut akan ditransformasikan ke data medan jauh sehingga didapat pola radiasinya. Pengukuran medan dekat metode planar dengan koreksi probe, tidak hanya mengambil data medan dekat dari antena tes tetapi juga data medan jauh dari antena probe.
Secara matematis pengukuran medan dekat metode planar dengan koreksi probe merupakan fungsi gabungan dari hasil bentuk fourier data medan dekat dan fungsi invers dari data medan jauh antena probe. Program transformasi medan dekat ke medan jauh (NF-FF) telah dibandingkan hasilnya, baik dengan electromagnetic (EM) simulator yang komersil maupun pengukuran secara langsung.
Hasil perbandingan medan jauh dari hasil transformasi dengan EM simulator menunjukkan nilai penyimpangan rata-rata 1.25 dB. Selanjutnya, perbandingan antara medan jauh pengukuran secara langsung dan hasil transformasi tanpa mempertimbangkan faktor respon probe diperoleh nilai penyimpangan sebesar 9.33 dB. Adapun hasil transformasi dengan mempertimbangkan faktor respon probe berhasil memperbaiki nilai penyimpangan menjadi rata-rata 4.4 dB.

Near field measurement is one method to measure antenna performance. There are three methods to measure near field antenna; they are planar, cylindrical, and spherical methods. The simplest method for near field measurement is the planar method because its simplicity in the mathematical form and implementation in programming. The planar near field method receives near field data with near field antenna distance. The near field data will be transformed into far field data to get the antenna performance. The transformation from near field to the far field data is achieved by using Fast Fourier transform (FFT). The function of planar near field antenna measurement with probe correction or namely coupling function is equal to the product of the far field transformation with the far field probe correction simulation. The antenna coupling function consists of far field antenna under test (AUT) and data far field of the probe.
In this paper we will discuss about the probe correction effect in the planar near field antenna measurement and the computation of algorithm scheme for planar near field measurements with probe correction. The software development near field to far field (NF-FF) transformation was compared with simulation and measurement result. First, the developed software was compared between NF-FF transformation with far field electromagnetic (EM) software simulator.
The comparison between EM simulator and the developed software for the radiation pattern Ef=0 shows an average error of 1.25 dB. Second, the comparison between measured far field and transformation without probe correction, this shows an average error of 9.33 dB, and at last with probe correction, shows an improvement with average error of 4.4 dB.

"Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk analisis risiko dan evaluasi keekonomian di sektor hulu minyak dan gas adalah metode simulasi Monte Carlo dan analisis sensitivitas. Diasumsikan bahwa sumber variabel yang menyebabkan ketidakpastian di masa depan pada sektor tersebut adalah harga gas, tingkat inflasi indonesia, capital expenditures (Capex), operational expenditure (Opex) dan cadangan hidrokarbon yang terkandung dalam lapangan tersebut. Variabelvariabel tersebut yang mempengaruhi perhitungan cash flow yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Discounted Cash flow (DCF) dan menggunakan konsep perhitungan Production Sharing Contract (PSC) dalam kontrak kerjasama telah diatur komponen-komponen bagi hasil produksi Gas antara kontraktor dan pemerintah untuk selanjutnya dilakukan simulasi Monte Carlo dan analisis sensitivitas untuk perhitungan cadangan hidrokarbon dan indikator-indikator keekonomian. Besarnya tarif diskon DCF dengan memperhitungkan risiko tingkat inflasi indonesia terhadap evaluasi lapangan Gas dan berdasarkan perhitungan valuasi yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya di Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) dengan tarif diskon 10%.

In this research the methods used for risk analysis and economic evaluation in the upstream oil and gas sector is a monte carlo simulation methods and sensitivity analysis. Assumed that the source variables causes uncertainty in the future of the sector is the price of gas, Indonesian inflation rate, capital expenditures (Capex), operational expenditure (Opex) and hydrocarbon Reserves are contained in the field. The variables that affect the cash flow calculation is done using Discounted Cash flow (DCF) and using the concept of calculating the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in cooperation contract has been set of components for gas production between the contractor and the government for the next step simulation Monte Carlo and sensitivity analysis for the calculation of hydrocarbon Reserves and economic indicators. The amount of DCF discount rate taking into account the Risks of inflation Indonesian gas field evaluations and calculations based on valuation has been done before in the Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) with a 10% discount rate."

"[Penulisan tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tinjauan
Pencatatan Perjanjian Lisensi Merek Pada Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan
Intelektual menurut UU no. 15 tahun 2001 tentang merek. Permasalahan dalam
tesis ini adalah apakah undang-undang merek sudah cukup mengatur tentang
perjanjian lisensi merek, apakah konsekuensi atas perjanjian lisensi yang belum
dicatatkan pada Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual, apakah kendalakendala/
hambatan dalam praktek dengan belum diterbitkannya PP tentang tata
cara pencatatan perjanjian lisensi merek. Penulisan tesis ini menggunakan metode
penelitian hukum normatif dengan data sekunder sebagai sumber datanya.
Undang-undang No. 15 Tahun 2001 tentang Merek, belum cukup mengatur
tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan merek terutamanya tentang perjanjian
Lisensi Merek. Karena dalam undang-undang ini hanya terdapat aturan secara
umum, belum terdapat aturan yang mengatur secara khusus tentang merek
tersebut. Konsekuansi yang didapat oleh penerima atau pemberi lisensi adalah
tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum terhadap perjanjian lisensi yang mereka
buat atas Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. Karena perjanjian lisensi yang tidak
dicatatkan pada Direktorat Jenderal, maka tidak akan mengikat pihak ketiga..
Kendala-kendala/hambatan dalam praktek dengan belum diterbitkannya Peraturan
Presiden tentang tata cara pencatatan perjanjian lisensi adalah mengakibatkan
perjanjian lisensi itu tidak di proses oleh Direktorat Jenderal, serta syarat-syarat
atas pencatatan perjanjian lisensi tersebut tidak dapat dilaksanakan sebagaimana
mestinya. Akibat lain adalah pemohon merasa kurang perlu mencatatkan suatu
perjanjian lisensi yang dibuatnya, sehingga mengakibatkan berkurangnya
pemohon;This thesis aims to determine how Registration Overview Trademark
License Agreement In the Directorate General of Intellectual Property by Law no.
15 2001 about the trademark. The problem in this thesis is Does the law
governing the trademark has enough trademark licensing agreement, whether the
consequences of the license agreement which has not been recorded at the
Directorate General of Intellectual Property, whether the obstacles / barriers in
practice by not issuing the PP regarding the procedure of recording the license
agreement trademark. This thesis uses normative law research method with
secondary data as its data source.Act No. 15 of 2001 on Trademarks, have not
sufficiently regulate on matters relating to the trademark mainly on Trademark
License Agreement. Because in this law there are only general rules, yet there
were rules governing specifically about the trademark. Consequences obtained by
the recipient or licensor is no legal protection against license agreements they
make. Due to licensing agreements that are not listed in the Directorate General,
it will not be binding on third parties .Constraints / obstacles in practice by not
issuing a Presidential Regulation on the procedure of registration of the license
agreement is resulting in a license agreement it is not in the process by the
Directorate-General, as well as on registration terms of the license agreement
can not be implemented properly. Another consequence is the applicant felt less

"The function of lateral line organ system of jack mackerel (Trachurusjaponicus) was studied through histological observations, for identifying the structure and distribution of lateral line organs both for the head part and body trunk, with the identification of the histological details of pores and hair cells. Histological observations were conducted with a binocular microscope, with three different approaches as haematoxylin, methylene blue and di-4-ASP dye for identifying the structure and distribution of lateral line organs, and then to identify the histological details of pores and hair cells by preparing the sampled tissue for photo-microscopic observations. The results showed that seven canal systems were identified in the head part; such as supra temporal, postoptic, optic, supra orbital, infra orbital, operculum and mandibular canals, with the width ranging 0.9-1.5 mm. Higher density of pore distribution was examined on the nasal and dorsal areas of the head part, which is 7-8 and 5 pores/mm2 respectively. In the other areas of the head part, the density of pores was ranged as 1-2 pores/mm2. Concerning the body trunk, 29 pores of 12-13 pm diameters were identified along the main lateral line. The functions of lateral line organ of jack mackerel are discussed in relation to the swimming behaviour and performance."
