Abstrak :
Anak usia sekolah merupakan salah satu kelompok usia yang sangat berisiko mengalami masalah kesehatan terkait perilaku hidup sehat. Latihan fisik merupakan salah satu indikator perilaku hidup sehat untuk anak usia sekolah. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, anak usia sekolah merupakan salah satu kelompok usia tertinggi yang termasuk kategori kurang dalam latihan fisik. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti kelebihan berat badan atau obesitas dan tekanan darah tinggi. Praktik SETIA (Senam Setiap Hari) merupakan salah satu upaya promotif untuk mengurangi risiko penyakit tidak menular pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh SETIA terhadap IMT dan tekanan darah anak usia sekolah. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen jenis pretest dan posttest with control group. Jumlah responden di kelompok intervensi yaitu 33 partisipan dan 31 responden di kelompok kontrol yang diseleksi dengan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test dan pooled t-test. Intervensi diberikan selama 4 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh SETIA terhadap IMT (p value = 0,034) dan tekanan tekanan darah (p value =0,004) pada anak usia sekolah usia 10-12 tahun. Penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu bentuk upaya promotif untuk meningkatkan latihan fisik pada anak usia sekolah dan pencegahan penyakit tidak menular. ......School-age children are one of the age groups who are very at risk of experiencing health problems related to healthy living behavior. Physical exercise is one indicator of healthy living behavior for school-aged children. Based on the data obtained, school-age children are one of the highest age groups in the category of lack of physical exercise. This condition can cause various health problems such as being overweight or obese and high blood pressure. SETIA (Daily Gymnastics) Practice is one of the promotive efforts to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases in children. This study aims to determine the effect of SETIA on BMI and blood pressure in school-age children. The design of this study uses a quasi-experimental type of pretest and posttest with control group. The number of respondents in the intervention group was 33 participants and 31 respondents in the control group were selected by simple random sampling. Data analysis used paired t-test and pooled t-test. Interventions were given for 4 weeks. The results showed the influence of SETIA on BMI (p value = 0.034) and blood pressure and pressure (p value = 0.004) in school-aged children aged 10-12 years. This research can be recommended as a form of promotive effort to improve physical exercise in school-age children and prevention of non-communicable diseases.

ABSTRAK
Sebagai metode kontrasepsi, Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) reversibel (seperti IUD dan Implan) mempunyai keunggulan dibandingkan short term method dan MKJP permanen. Namun, data Survei Demogrfi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) menunjukkan penurunan penggunaan MKJP reversibel dalam jangka waktu 30 tahun (1987-2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persetujuan suami dan pengambilan keputusan bersama antara suami istri terhadap penggunaan MKJP reversibel istri. Data SDKI 2017 digunakan dengan unit analisis wanita berstatus kawin yang sedang menggunakan kontrasepsi modern. Dengan menggunakan regresi logistik multinomial, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persetujuan suami berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan MKJP reversibel baik jika dibandingkan dengan short term method maupun MKJP permanen, meskipun pengaruh persetujuan suami terhadap peningkatan penggunaan MKJP reversibel (relatif terhadap short term method) tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Pengambilan keputusan bersama berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan MKJP reversibel dibandingkan short term method. Sedangkan jika dibandingkan dengan MKJP permanen, pengambilan keputusan bersama memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap penggunaan MKJP reversibel.
ABSTRACT
As a contraceptive, Long Acting and Reversible Contraception (LARC), such as IUDs and Implants, has many advantages compared to short term method and Long Acting and Permanent Method (LAPM). Despite these advantages, the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) data shows a decrease in the use of the LARC over a period of 30 years (1987-2017). This study aims to investigate the effect of husband's approval and joint decision making between husband and wife on the wife's use of LARC. Data from IDHS 2017 is used with currently married women who are using modern contraceptive methods serves as unit analysis. Using multinomial logistic regression, this study found that husband's approval had a positive effect on the use of LARC both compared to the short term method and LAPM, although husband's approval did not have a significant effect on the use of LARC (relative to the short term method). Joint decision making has a positive effect on the use of LARC compared to the short term method. Whereas when compared with LAPM, joint decision making has a negative effect on the use of LARC.

Polylactid acid (PLA) adalah plastik berbasis alam yang memiliki potensial yang besar untuk menggantikan plastik berbasis minyak bumi karena tingginya modulus young dan kuat tariknya. Akan tetapi PLA memiliki kekurangan yaitu ketangguhan dan kecepatan kristalisasinya yang rendah yang membatasi aplikasinya.Pada penelitian ini, PLA diperkuat oleh serat bambu dengan perlakuan berbeda seperti perlakuan alkali (NaOH) dan perlakuan pemutihan (NaClO) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kristalinitas PLA. Kandungan serat bambu dalam komposit adalah 5, 10 dan 20 %. Kandungan kimia dan kristalintas serat diselidiki dengan menggunakan FTIR (Fourier Transform Infra Red ) dan XRD (X ray Diffraction). Terbukti bahwa terjadi peningkatan kristalinitas seiring dengan penurunan lignin dan hemiselulosa. Kristalinitas serat bambu yang tidak diberi perlakuan adalah 56,5 %, sedangkan dengan perlakuan alkali adalah 64 % dan dengan perlakuan pemutihan adalah 66,6 %. Untuk mengetahui efek kristalinitas terhadap PLA dilakukan uji DSC (differensial Scanning Calorimetri) dan XRD pada masing – masing sampel komposit. Hasil XRD menunjukkan adanya interaksi antara serat dan PLA serta menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kristalinitas. Peningkatan kristalinitas terjadi ketika penambahan kandungan 10 % dan 20 % serat tetapi tidak pada kandungan serat 5 %. Tanpa memperhatikan komposit PLA – serat bambu kandungan serat 5 %, kristalinitas tertinggi terjadi pada PLA – serat bambu hasil perlakuan pemutihan. Sedangkan hasil DSC menujukkan kecenderungan peningkatan kristalinitas seiring dengan bertambahnya kandungan serat. ...... Polylactid acid (PLA) is a bio-based palstic that has a great potential to replace petroleum-based plastic due to its high Young's modulus and tensile strength. However, the drawbacks of PLA are low toughness and slow crystallization speed limited it's application. In this study, PLA reinforced by bamboo fibers with different treatments such as alkali treated (NaOH) and bleaching treated (NaClO) in order to improve the crystallinity of PLA. The concentration of bamboo fiber in the composite were 5, 10 and 20 wt%. The chemical content and cystallinity of fiber was investigated by FTIR (Fourier Transform Infra Red ) and XRD (X ray Diffraction). It was proved that the crystallinty of fiber was increased with decreasing of lignin and hemicellulose. Bamboo fibers without treatment has 56,5 % cystallinity, while alkali treatment 64 % crystallinity and fiber bleaching treatment has 66,6 % crystalllinity. To determine the crystallinity effect of treated fiber on PLA composite, DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) and XRD test was conducted on each composite sample. XRD result showed the interaction between fibers and PLA and an increasing of crystallinity with increasing of fiber content. The increasing of crystallinity happened on 10 % and 20 % fiber content but not in composite with 5 % fiber content. By obeying 5 % fiber content on PLA, the best cystallinty was PLA - bleached bamboo fiber composite. The DSC data showed that increasing of fiber content resulted in increasing crystallization rate of PLA.

Latar Belakang: Kanker prostat adalah kanker yang paling umum pada pria. Kanker terjadi karena hilangnya kontrol atas proliferasi sel dan apoptosis sehingga sel berproliferasi terus menerus tanpa ada kematian sel. Apoptosis diregulasi oleh beberapa protein tertentu diantaranya protein keluarga Bcl-2 dan protein kanal. Perkembangan kanker prostat memerlukan transformasi dari sel epitel yang normal menjadi sel ganas yang kehilangan kemampuan untuk mengakumulasi zinc. Salah satu efek utama zinc adalah mencegah pertumbuhan sel kanker prostat dengan menginduksi apoptosis dengan memfasilitasi proses pembentukan pori Bax yang memulai apoptogenesis mitokondria. Selain keluarga Bcl-2, VDAC1 juga berperan penting dalam proses apoptosis. Beberapa penelitian menyatakan Bcl-2 mempunyai kaitan erat dengan VDAC1 terkait proses apoptosis dan protein pro-apoptotik Bax juga secara langsung berinteraksi dengan VDAC yang kemudian menginduksi keluarnya sitokrom c dari membran mitokondria. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi ekspresi mRNA dari gen mengkode keluarga protein Bcl-2 (Bax dan Bcl-2) dalam proses apoptogenesis pada galur sel kanker prostat yg diinduksi oleh zinc; Mengevaluasi ekspresi mRNA dari gen VDAC1 dalam proses apoptogenesis pada galur sel kanker prostat yang diinduksi oleh zinc; Menganalisis hubungan antara ekspresi VDAC1 dengan protein keluarga Bcl-2 pada apoptogenesis galur sel kanker prostat. Desain: Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimental in vitro dan analisis statistik Metode: Untuk memperbanyak galur sel kanker prostat (PC3) dilakukan kultur sel, kemudian diberi perlakuan dengan tiga kelompok (kontrol, zinc 20 μM dan staurosporin 0,16 μM). Selanjutnya dilakukan isolasi RNA dan elektroforesis RNA untuk mengetahui keutuhan RNA. Terakhir dilakukan qRT PCR yang kemudian datanya dianalisis secara statistika. Hasil: Ekspresi Bax, Bcl-2 dan VDAC1 pada galur sel kanker prostat (PC-3) yang diberi perlakuan zinc mengalami penurunan dibandingkan dengan kontrol (tidak diberi perlakuan). Akan tetapi penurunan ekspresi tersebut tidak bernilai signifikan karena nilai p > 0,05 (nilai signifikansi Bax = 0,309; nilai signifikansi Bcl-2 = 0,236; nilai signifikansi VDAC1 = 0,437). VDAC1 mempunyai korelasi yang signifikan (p < 0,05) dengan Bax (p = 0,01) dibandingkan dengan Bcl-2 (p = 0,118). Kesimpulan: Terjadi perubahan ekspresi pada setiap gen (Bax, Bcl-2 dan VDAC1) pada galur sel kanker prostat yang diberi perlakuan zinc dengan yang tidak diberi perlakuan, akan tetapi tidak bernilai signifikan. VDAC1 mempunyai korelasi yang bermakna dengan Bax dan mempunyai korelasi yang tidak bermakna dengan Bcl-2. ABSTRACT
Background: Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. Cancer occurs due to loss control of cell proliferation and apoptosis thus continuously proliferating cells without cell death. Apoptosis is regulated by specific proteins including Bcl-2 family proteins and channel proteins. The development of prostate cancer requires the transformation of normal epithelial cells into malignant cells that lose the ability to accumulate zinc. One of the main effects of zinc is to prevent the growth of prostate cancer cells by inducing apoptosis by facilitating the process of pore formation Bax that started apoptogenesis mitochondrial. In addition to Bcl-2 family, VDAC1 also plays an important role in the process of apoptosis. Some studies suggest Bcl-2 has close links with related VDAC1 apoptosis and pro-apoptotic protein Bax also directly interact with VDAC which then induces the release of cytochrome c from the mitochondrial membrane. Objective: To evaluate the expression of mRNA of the gene encoding the Bcl-2 family proteins (Bax and Bcl-2) in the process apoptogenesis on prostate cancer cell line that is induced by zinc; Evaluate the mRNA expression of genes in the process VDAC1 apoptogenesis on prostate cancer cell line induced by zinc; Analyzing the relationship between the expression of VDAC1 with Bcl-2 family proteins in prostate cancer cell lines apoptogenesis. Design: This study used an experimental in vitro and statistical analysis Methods: To reproduce the prostate cancer cell lines (PC3) performed cell culture, then treated with three groups (control, zinc 20 μM and staurosporin 0,16 μM). Furthermore, the isolation of RNA and RNA electrophoresis to determine the integrity of the RNA. Recently performed qRT PCR and the data were analyzed statistically. Results: The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and VDAC1 on prostate cancer cell line (PC-3) were treated with zinc decreased than the control (untreated). However, a decrease in the expression of no significant value because the value of p > 0.05 (Bax significant value = 0.309; the value of the significance of Bcl-2 = 0.236; VDAC1 significant value = 0.437). VDAC1 has a significant correlation (p < 0.05) with Bax (p = 0.01) than Bcl-2 (p = 0.118). Conclusion: There is a change in the expression of each gene (Bax, Bcl-2 and VDAC1) in prostate cancer cell lines that treated with zinc than untreated, but no significant value. [Begitu banyaknya kegiatan komunikasi di program pencegahan HIV Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Nasional yang belum dievaluasi secara menyeluruh melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik menganalisa lebih jauh tingkatan pemahaman dan tanggapan kelompok sasaran terhadap lembar promosi yang diberikan dalam kampanye komunikasi perubahan perilaku. Dengan mengaplikasikan kerangka strategis P-Process dan tahapan Steps to Behavioural Change, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi enam elemen sebagai instrumen evaluasi tingkat pemahaman kelompok sasaran yaitu: pengetahuan, persetujuan, maksud, praktik, advokasi dan masukan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus, dan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi informasi sembilan narasumber yang berasal dari kelompok wanita pekerja seks, petugas lapangan, pejabat KPA Nasional dan FHI360 sebagai mitra kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kelompok sasaran terhadap lembar promosi HIV Counseling Test (HCT) sudah terpenuhi namun perencanaan dan proses pengembangan materi lembar promosi belum terlaksana optimal.;The background of this research is based on the limited qualitative evaluation of HIV prevention campaign conducted by the Indonesia National AIDS Commission. This thesis demonstrates the importance of conducting evaluation in any communication campaigns. Drawing on P-Process framework and Steps to Behavioural Change, this study examines impact of HIV Counseling Test brochure towards female sex workers in Jakarta province. Five elements are administered to evaluate the expected changes: knowledge, approval, intention, practice and adcovacy. In addition, the element feedback is aimed to accommodate considerations. The research applies qualitative approach, study case method and in depth interviews towards 9 sources to gather information. The result of this research suggests that despite of the positive acceptance from the key affected population, Indonesia National AIDS Commission requires to strengthen planning management, development and testing communication materials., The background of this research is based on the limited qualitative evaluation of HIV prevention campaign conducted by the Indonesia National AIDS Commission. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan tarif cukai terhadap perusahaan rokok di industri rokok Tanah Air yang tercatat di Ditjen Bea Cukai. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pasar industri rokok, dilakukan analisis menggunakan Structure-Conduct-Performance, yang melihat hubungan antara struktur, perilaku, dan kinerja industri rokok. Hasilnya, industri rokok di Indonesia memiliki struktur oligipoli dengan tingkat persaingan moderat. Dari dua model pada seluruh perusahaan, ditemukan bahwa penerapan tarif cukai berhubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan pangsa pasar perusahaan rokok. Begitupun dengan harga jual rokok. Pertumbuhan penduduk usia 15-24 tahun juga diketahui berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap pangsa pasar rokok. Sementara itu, pada 5 perusahaan utama, pada model 1 atau usia 15+, ditemukan bahwa cukai per harga jual berpengaruh positif terhadap pangsa pasar
ABSTRACT
This research analyzed the correlation between excise rates and Cigarette companies in Indonesia which was recorded in the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. In order to find out how the market shapes the cigarette industry, the analysis is conducted using the Structure-Conduct-Performance, which looked at the relationship between structure, behavior and performance of the cigarette industry. As a result, the cigarette industry in Indonesia has oligopoly structure with a moderate level of competition. Of the two models in the entire company, it was found that the application of the tax rates significantly and negatively associated with cigarette companies? market share, as well as the sale price of cigarettes. The growth population of 15-24 year-olds is positively and significantly impacted to cigarette market share. Meanwhile, the five major companies, the model 1 or ages 15+, found that excise per selling price has positive effect on market share

Sumber Daya Manusia SDM sangat berpengaruh dalam menciptakan pemerintahan yang baik. Untuk itu sebuah negara harus mempersiapkan SDMnya terlebih dahulu. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan negara dalam mempersiapkan SDMnya adalah dengan memberikan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Diklat sesuai kebutuhan pegawainya. Untuk itu dibangunlah beberapa lembaga Diklat dalam setiap instansi kementrian/ LPNK, provinsi dan kabupaten/ kota. Dalam upaya menyamakan kualitas semua lembaga Diklat yang ada di seluruh Indonesia, maka setiap lembaga Diklat harus memiliki sertifikat akreditasi yang hanya dapat diberikan oleh Lembaga Administrasi Negara LAN sebagai instansi pembina Diklat. Tanpa akreditasi, maka lembaga Diklat dilarang menyelenggarakan Diklat secara mandiri.Namun dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, LAN masih menghadapi beberapa kendala yang menghambat proses pelaksanaan akreditasi. Hingga tahun 2016, dari 697 Lembaga Diklat yang ada di Indonesia, baru sekitar 14 lembaga Diklat yang sudah terakreditasi. Untuk itu peneliti membahas bagaimana proses pelaksanaan akreditasi yang dilakukan oleh LAN selama ini dan apa saja kendala yang dihadapi serta strategi yang diberikan oleh LAN dan lembaga Diklat untuk meningkatkan jumlah lembaga Diklat yang terakreditasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualiatif dengan desain deskriptif agar peneliti dapat terjun langsung kedalam proses akreditasi tanpa terbatasi oleh teori yang ada.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa selama proses akreditasi, LAN telah menjalani tugasnya sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada. Namun masih saja menemukan beberapa kendala baik secara internal dari LAN maupun eksternal dari lembaga Diklat. Kendala internal yang dihadapi LAN adalah adanya keterbatasan anggaran, SDM dan waktu. Sedangkan untuk kendala eksternal yang dihadapi lembaga Diklat adalah dengan adanya perubahan Peraturan Kepala LAN, banyaknya persyaratan akreditasi yang diberikan LAN, kurangnya sosialisasi oleh LAN serta masalah ketertiban administrasi lembaga Diklat. Kata kunci: Akreditasi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Diklat. ......Human Resources are very influential in creating good governance. That rsquo s why a country should prepare its human resources first. One of the things that can be done by the state in preparing human resources is to provide Training and Education according to the needs of employees. Therefore there is a training institution in each of the ministries, non ministerial agencies, provincial and district city. In an effort to equalize the quality of all existing training institutions in Indonesia, any training institution must have a certificate of accreditation that can only be provided by the National Institute of Public Administration NIPA . Without accreditation, the training institutions are prohibited from conducting training and education independently.In carrying out their duties, NIPA still faces some obstacles that hinder the process of accreditation. Up to 2016, from 697 Training Institutions in Indonesia, only about 14 of training institutions that have been accredited. Therefore in this study, the researchers tried to discuss how the implementation of the accreditation process conducted by NIPA and what are the constraints faced and strategies provided by NIPA and training institutions to increase the number of accredited training institution. This research is qualitative descriptive in order to plunge directly into the accreditation process without limited by existing theories. The data were collected by means of deep interview.Research shows that during the accreditation process, NIPA has undergone duties in accordance with existing regulations. But still, finding some obstacles both internally on NIPA and external on training institutions. Internal constraints faced by NIPA are the lack of budget, human resources and time. As for the external constraints faced by training institution is with the changes regulation of NIPA, many accreditation requirements given by NIPA, lack of socialization by NIPA and order problems administrative of training institute. Studi ini menganalisis mengenai investasi Jepang di Asia Tenggara dengan mengambil studi kasus Indonesia periode 2010-2016. Pada periode tersebut, Jepang mengalami persaingan dari negara Cina. Melalui teori triangular diplomacy, studi ini berargumen bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan pemerintah Jepang kepada pebisnis Jepang di Indonesia karena diplomasi ekonomi Jepang mendukung perusahaan untuk melakukan ekspansi bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif menggunakan data primer dan wawancara dengan pebisnis Jepang di Indonesia. Hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa Jepang berusaha mempertahankan posisi sebagai investor melalui keterlibatan bisnis. Tiga relasi yang terbentuk adalah Government-Government G-G , Company-Company C-C , dan Government-Company G-C . Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran aktor non-negara khususnya kelompok bisnis dalam upaya diplomasi ekonomi semakin menjadi signifikan sebagai pendukung investasi. ...... This study analyzes Japan rsquo s investment in Southeast Asia with case study of Indonesia from 2010 to 2016. In the stated period, Japan facing investment competition from China. Through the theory of triangular diplomacy, this study argues a connection between Japan government support to Japanese businesspeople in Indonesia to expand their business. The research method used is qualitative using primary data and interview with Japanese businessman in Indonesia. The results of the analysis found that Japan is trying to maintain its position as an investor through business involvement. The three relationships formed are Government Government G G , Company Company C C , and Government Company G C . Based on the results, this study concludes that the role of non state actors, especially business groups in the effort of economic diplomacy becomes increasingly significant.

Latar belakang: Nilai volume oksigen maksimal (vo2max) merupakan penilaian yang digunakan untuk melihat asupan oksigen maksimal selama berolahraga. Atlet yang memiliki nilai vo2max rendah akan sulit bersaing dengan atlet yang memiliki nilai vo2max tinggi karena semakin rendah nilai vo2max akan semakin mudah lelah. Banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan nilai vo2max, seperti usia, jenis kelamin, status gizi, asupan gizi, frekuensi makan, hingga gaya hidup seperti kebiasaan merokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan nilai prediksi vo2max pada atlet remaja di Sekolah Khusus Olahraga (SKO) Ragunan di Jakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan design cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah atlet remaja di bawah bimbingan Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga RI, yang juga merupakan siswa SKO Ragunan. Responden berasal dari olahraga bulutangkis, sepakbola, voli, basket, tenis meja, taekwondo, pencak silat, gulat, panahan, atletik, loncat indah, dan angkat besi. Bleep test digunakan untuk mendapatkan prediksi nilai vo2max. Nilai persen lemak tubuh didapatkan melalui alat bio implemendarce analysis (BIA). Hasil: Rata-rata nilai vo2max atlet remaja di SKO Ragunan 45,12±8,19 ml/kg/menit. Diketahui variabel yang berhubungan dengan nilai vo2max adalah persen lemak tubuh (p 0,0005, r -0,71), asupan energi harian (p 0,04, r 0,21), dan jenis kelamin (p 0,0005). Setelah mengoreksi variabel usia, jenis kelamin, persen lemak tubuh, dan frekuensi makan, hasilnya variabel jenis aktivitas fisik dinilai memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap nilai vo2max (p 0,0005). Kesimpulan: Mengombinasikan aktivitas fisik aerobik dan anaerobik untuk latihan harian dapat meningkatkan nilai vo2max pada atlet remaja.
Background: Maximum oxygen volume (vo2max) is the measurement of the maximum amount of oxygen a person can utilized during exercise. It is a common meansurement used to establish the aerobic endurance of an athletes. Athletes who have low value of vo2max will face difficulty when competing with athletes that have high value of vo2max, because they will exhausted easily. There are many factors associated with vo2max, such as age, gender, nutritional status, nutrition intake, and smoking. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors associated with prediction of vo2max value of young athletes in Sekolah Khusus Olahraga (SKO) Ragunan Jakarta 2019. Methode: This study used a cross sectional design. Young athletes of Ministry of Youth and Sport of The Republic of Indonesia in SKO Ragunan participated in the study. The subjects consisted of athletes in badminton, football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, taekwondo, martial arts, wrestling, archery, athletics, high diving, and weightlifting. They are assessed of vo2max using bleep test. The percent value of body fat is obtained through bio implemendarce analysis (BIA). Result: The study show, the mean of vo2max was 45,12±8,19 ml/kg/min. There were a significant relationship between percentage body fat (p 0,0005, r -0,71), daily energy intake (p 0,04, r 0,21), sex (p 0,0005) with vo2max. After correcting for variable of age, sex, percentage body fat, and meal frequency, the result show type of sports is the dominant factors associated with vo2max (p 0,0005). Conclusion: Combining aerobics and anaerobics for daily exercise can increase vo2max of young athletes.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Desa terhadap elektrifikasi desa di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data panel mulai dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2020 di 64.127 desa. Studi ini meneliti hubungan Dana Desa dalam penyediaan infrastruktur terhadap percepatan elektrifikasi desa dengan analisis regresi fixed effect. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa Dana Desa berkorelasi positif dengan elektrifikasi desa di Indonesia, dimana setiap kenaikan 1% Dana Desa berkorelasi terhadap peningkatan 0,98% rasio elektrifikasi desa. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Dana Desa dalam meningkatkan elektrifikasi terlihat lebih tinggi pada desa di luar Jawa dan wilayah Pesisir. Meskipun Dana Desa tidak diperuntukan langsung untuk meningkatkan elektrifikasi desa di Indonesia, namun studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa Dana Desa dapat menjadi katalis untuk meningkatkan rasio elektrifikasi yang memiliki kebutuhan dasar infrastuktur. ......This study aims to analyze the influence of the Village Fund program on village electrification in Indonesia using panel data from 2018 to 2020 in 64.127 villages. This study examines the relationship between the Village Fund program in providing infrastructure to accelerating village electrification with a fixed effect regression analysis. The results of the study found that the Village Fund program is positively correlated with village electrification in Indonesia, where every 1% increase in Village Funds correlates with a 0.98% increase in the village electrification ratio. Other results show that the influence of Village Funds in increasing electrification is seen to be higher in villages outside Java and the Coastal region. Although Village Funds are not intended directly to increase village electrification in Indonesia, this study concludes that Village Funds can be a catalyst for increasing electrification ratios that have basic infrastructure needs.
