"Laporan magang ini menggambarkan proses pengembangan sistem manajemen persediaan pada Lembaga Pendidikan QQ. Sebelumnya, Lembaga Pendidikan QQ telah menerapkan sistem Oracle pada modul general ledger, account receivables, account payable, fixed asset, dan purchasing. Saat ini sedang dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi pada modul balance scorecard dan hyperion, inventory management, dan vendor management. Lembaga Pendidikan QQ menggunakan jasa KAP OK untuk melakukan proses pengembangan sistem, mulai dari proses pembuatan kebijakan hingga proses pasca go-live. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan penulis, proses pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan oleh KAP OK telah sesuai dengan teori System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Namun, terdapat beberapa tahapan yang belum efektif.

This report discusses the process of system development for inventory management at QQ Education Institute. Previously, the QQ Education Institute had implemented the Oracle information system on general ledger, account receivables, accounts payable, fixed asset, and purchasing modules. The QQ Education Institute is currently developing an information system on the balanced scorecard and hyperion, inventory management, and vendor management modules. The QQ Education Institute use KAP OK services to assist the system development process, starting from the policy making process to the post-go-live process. Based on the analysis conducted by the author, the system development process carried out by KAP OK is in accordance with the theory of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). However, there are several stages that have not been effective."
