"Remaja merupakan individu yang idealis dan argumentatif sehingga memerlukan pola komunikasi yang tepat dalam berkomunikasi dengan mereka. Penelitian sebelumnya membuktikan bahwa ibu tidak bekerja dapat menerapkan komunikasi fungsional. Pengakuan dari keluarga dapat mempengaruhi harga diri remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan pola komunikasi ibu bekerja dengan harga diri remaja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif korelasi dan menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 116 responden yang merupakan siswa kelas dua SMA Negeri 1 Depok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Harga diri rendah banyak dialami oleh remaja perempuan. Jenis pekerjaan yang mayoritas menggunakan pola komunikasi fungsional yaitu ibu responden yang bekerja sebagai pegawai swasta. Dari hasil uji statistik didapatkan p value = 0,133 yang artinya, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pola komunikasi ibu bekerja dengan harga diri remaja.

Teenager is an idealistic and argumentative individual who needs a particular pattern of communication to communicate with them. The previous research proved that nonworking mothers had applied the functional communication. Acknowledge from their family can effect teenagers’pride. This research’s aim is to identify the correlation between the communication pattern of working mothers and the teenager’s pride. The design of research is correlation descriptive and it used Total Sampling technique, using 116 respondents which consist of second year students of SMA Negeri 1 Depok.

The research result shows that the majority of respondents are male and the ones who suffer from low pride are the female teenagers. In addition, the occupation of mothers who mostly used the functional communication pattern is a private sector employee. According to the statistical test data, p value = 0,133 which means that there is no meaningful and potential correlation between the communication pattern of working mothers and the teenager's pride."

"[ABSTRAKPrevalensi penyakit ISPA di masyarakat perkotaan masih tinggi khususnyapada anak. Karakteristik masyarakat perkotaan diantaranya adalah aktifitasyang tinggi sehingga fungsi afektif keluarga seperti saling asuh, membinakeakraban, saling menghormati, dan peran terapeutik sangat kurang terhadapkesehatan anak. Tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah memberikangambaran tentang upaya pencegahan kejadian ISPA berulang pada anakdengan penguatan fungsi afektif keluarga. Asuhan keperawatan keluargayang dilakukan meliputi edukasi kesehatan terkait ISPA dan fungsi afektifkeluarga, demontrasi pencegahan penularan ISPA (etika batuk, cuci tangan,dan cara memilih jajanan sehat), dan penguatan fungsi afektif keluargaterhadap kesehatan anak dengan metode role play. Role play melibatkanklien dan anggota keluarganya untuk memainkan peran masing-masing danmengaplikasikan empat komponen dari fungsi afektif keluarga. Setelahdilakukan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dalam 12 kali kunjungan, didapatkanbahwa anak tidak mengalami ISPA berulang. Rekomendasi dari karya ilmiahini yaitu penguatan fungsi afektif keluarga efektif dalam mencegah kejadianISPA berulang pada anak.

The characteristics of urban community include high activity, so that thefamily affective function such as mutual foster family, foster familiarity, mutualrespect, and a therapeutic role sorely lacking on the health of children. Familynursing care was conducted on the health education related to ARI and familyaffective functions, demonstration prevention of transmission of respiratory infection(cough etiquette, hand washing, and how to choose healthy snacks), andstrengthening the family affective functions of the health of children with role playmethod. The role-play includes the clients and the family members by playing eachrole and applying four components from the family affective function. After thefamily nursing care done in 12 visits, it was found that children do not experiencerecurrent respiratory infection.
