ABSTRAKBerbagai permasalahan match fixing pada kompetisi sepakbola Indonesia yang tidak bisa diselesaikan oleh Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI) menyebabkan dilakukanlah suatu proses collaborative governance dalam menangani permasalahan match fixing pada kompetisi sepakbola Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan collaborative governance dalam menangani permasalahan match fixing pada kompetisi sepakbola Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan post positivist dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebelas sub dimensi pada collaborative governance dalam menangani match fixing di kompetisi sepakbola Indonesia, yaitu: Multiple Actor, Common Goals, Preliminary Rules, Inclusive Deliberative Process, Commitment to the Collaboration Process, Trust Building, Internal and External Relationships, Consensus Building, Knowledge Management, Accountability, dan Discourse and Practice. Penerapan sub dimensi tersebut telah memberikan manfaat yang baik bagi sepakbola Indonesia diantaranya yaitu, kompetisi sepakbola yang lebih bersih dari praktik match fixing, pemain dan wasit lebih nyaman untuk melakukan sebuah pertandingan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap PSSI.
ABSTRACTVarious match fixing problems in Indonesian football competitions that cannot be resolved by the Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI) lead to a collaborative governance process in dealing with match fixing problems in Indonesian football competitions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of collaborative governance in dealing with match fixing problems in Indonesian football competitions. This research was conducted with a post positivist approach and the data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and literature study. The results show that there are eleven sub-dimensions of collaborative governance in handling match fixing in Indonesian football competitions, namely: Multiple Actor, Common Goals, Preliminary Rules, Inclusive Deliberative Process, Commitment to the Collaboration Process, Trust Building, Internal and External Relationships, Consensus Building, Knowledge Management, Accountability, and Discourse and Practice. The application of these sub-dimensions has provided kind of benefits for Indonesian football, namely, football competition that is cleaner than match fixing practices, players and referees are more comfortable to do a match and increase public trust in PSSI."
