"Tesis ini membahas tentang perbandingan nilai perusahaan setelah dan sebelum dilakukan restrukturisasi internal yang dilakukan oleh PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Restrukturiasi internal tersebut dilakukan agar terjadi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan sehingga lebih mampu bersaing di Industri makanan dan minuman, salah satunya dengan cara peningkatan volume penjualan dengan cara membuka beberapa pabrik baru yang dananya didapatkan dari IPO perusahaan hasil pemekaran yaitu PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. Untuk mengetahui nilai perusahaan pada penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metode Free Cash Flow to the Firm.

This thesis discusses the comparative value of the firm before and after the internal restructuring undertaken by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Internal restructuring was conducted to improve the company‟s performance so it could gain competitive advantages in the food and beverage industry. One of the expected results is the increase of sales volume inline with the additional factories that is funded by the IPO of the restructured company: PT Indofood Sukses Makmur CBP. This thesis use Free Cash Flow to the Firm method to determine the value of the firm."
