"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Jagakarsa bertujuan untuk menelaah faktor penyebab terjadinya kekosongan produk OTC di Apotek Roxy Jagakarsa dan menganalisis strategi untuk mengatasi kekosongan produk OTC di Apotek Roxy Jagakarsa. Metode pelaksanaan penyusunan tugas khusus dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif, yang berfokus pada jumlah produk Over The Counter (OTC) yang mengalami kondisi out of stock. Data hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 92 jenis obat yang mengalami kondisi "Out Of Stock" di Apotek Roxy Jagakarsa. Faktor-faktor penyebab kekosongan stok meliputi lead time yang lambat dalam pengiriman obat, keterbatasan ketersediaan jenis obat paten tertentu, kesalahan dalam pengiriman obat, kerusakan obat selama proses pendistribusian, dan penghentian produksi oleh produsen (discontinue). Strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kekosongan stok meliputi proses substitusi, di mana obat yang tidak tersedia digantikan dengan obat yang memiliki kandungan yang sama dan tersedia dalam stok apotek.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practices at the Roxy Jagakarsa Pharmacy aims to examine the factors that cause avoidance of OTC products at the Roxy Jagakarsa Pharmacy and analyze strategies to overcome the lack of OTC products at the Roxy Jagakarsa Pharmacy. The method for carrying out special preparation tasks is carried out using a type of qualitative descriptive research, which focuses on the number of Over The Counter (OTC) products that are out of stock. Data from the study shows that there are 92 types of medicines that are in an "Out Of Stock" condition at the Roxy Jagakarsa Pharmacy. Factors causing stock shortages include slow lead times in drug delivery, limited availability of certain types of patented drugs, errors in drug delivery, drug damage during the distribution process, and production permits by manufacturers (discontinued). The strategy used to overcome stock shortages includes a substitution process, where drugs that are not available are replaced with drugs that have the same content and are available in pharmacy stock."

Ethica Industri Farmasi bertujuan untuk menelaah penerapan 5S di area produksi sehingga dapat membantu terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang tertib, teratur dan bersih serta mencegah terjadinya kontaminasi khususnya dari APD yang digunakan. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap area change room produksi dan pencatatan terhadap keadaan area change room sebelum dilakukan optimalisasi penerapan 5S. Kemudian disusun rancangan optimalisasi penerapan 5S di area change room produksi berdasarkan hasil observasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ditemukan ketidakteraturan penyimpanan pakaian khusus yang digunakan operator untuk memasuki area produksi. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan resiko terjadinya kontaminasi dari APD selama proses produksi, dikarenakan penyimpanan pakaian yang tidak teratur dapat menyebabkan tertukarnya pakaian antar operator dan menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan partikel yang dapat terbawa memasuki area produksi karena coverall melebihi batas pemakaian. Sehingga penerapan 5S di area change room produksi farmasi dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kontaminasi dari APD khususnya coverall serta menciptakan lingkup kerja yang teratur.

Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading bertujuan untuk menelaah pengelolaan dokumen di PT Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading dan melakukan inovasi pengelolaan dokumen menjadi lebih efektif. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan dan pencatatan terhadap pengelolaan dokumen di PT Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading sebelum dilakukan inovasi pengelolaan dokumen yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Kemudian disusun rancangan inovasi untuk membuat pengelolaan dokumen menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa obat yang sama sekali tidak boleh diberikan kepada ibu hamil yaitu simvastatin (X), doksisiklin (D) dan kaptopril (D). Obat yang dikontraindikasikan penggunaannya pada pediatrik yaitu eritromisin, kloramfenikol pada neonatus, metoklopramid pada anak <1 tahun, antasida doen, bisacodyl, diaform dan etambutol pada anak <6 tahun, doksisiklin pada anak usia <8 tahun serta aspirin dan domperidone pada anak dibawah 12 tahun. Hal ini berkaitan dengan peningkatan resiko efek samping serta profil keamanan dan khasiat yang belum diketahui.

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di RSUP Fatmawati bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil penggunaan antibiotik meropenem pada bulan Mei tahun 2023 di RSUP Fatmawati. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Tahapan kajian meliputi pengumpulan data pasien dari sistem informasi rumah sakit (ISIMRS), SIMGOS dan Open Labs, penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel deskriptif dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hail kajian menunjukkan arakteristik pasien antibiotik meropenem di RSUP Fatmawati pada Bulan Mei Tahun 2023 mencakup 184 pasien, dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan berasal dari kelompok pasien geriatri (61-70 tahun) dengan kesudahan pasien pulang dari rumah sakit. Karakteristik peresepan antibiotik meropenem di RSUP Fatmawati pada Bulan Mei Tahun 2023 sebanyak 5669 vial meropenem dengan regimen dosis paling banyak yaitu 3x1 gram dan asal ruangan pasien yang diberikan antibiotik paling banyak yaitu gedung bougenville, lantai 4 - ICU. Pharmacist Professional Work Practices at Fatmawati Hospital aims to analyze the profile of use of the antibiotic meropenem in May 2023 at Fatmawati Hospital. The study was carried out using descriptive methods. The study stages include collecting patient data from the hospital information system (ISIMRS), SIMGOS and Open Labs, presenting the data in the form of descriptive tables and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the characteristics of meropenem antibiotic patients at Fatmawati General Hospital in May 2023 included 184 patients, the majority of whom were male and came from the geriatric patient group (61-70 years) with the patients later returning home from the hospital. Characteristics of meropenem antibiotic prescriptions at Fatmawati General Hospital in May 2023 were 5669 vials of meropenem with the highest dose regimen being 3x1 gram and the room where the most antibiotics were given was the Bougainville building, 4th floor - ICU. Culture results showed resistance to Acinetobacter baumannii."
