Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas peran kelompok PETA-INDIA terhadap kebijakan pencegahan kekejaman terhadap hewan India pada tahun 2017. Pembahasan mengangkat strategi yang digunakan oleh kelompok PETA-INDIA dalam upaya melihat peran kelompok tersebut pada kebijakan pencegahan kekejaman terhadap hewan India pada tahun 2017. PETA-INDIA menggunakan strategi direct action yaitu kampanye dan lobi. Dengan menggunakan strategi tersebut dapat terlihat bahwa kelompok PETA-INDIA mempunyai peran tertentu dalam pembentukan kebijakan The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals India Rules 2017.

ABSTRACT
This study examines the role from PETA INDIA group to the policy of The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals India Rules 2017. This study explain the strategy from PETA INDIA to give influence on the policy of The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals India Rules 2017. PETA INDIA use the direct action strategy known as campaign and lobby. Using the direct action strategy this study can explain how PETA INDIA group give influences to The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals India Rules 2017.
