Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan operating cash flow perusahaan non keuangan sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi yang yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2005 sampai 2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode time series. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini diuji menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perbedaan operating cash flow pada sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi. ......The purpose of this study is to examined the effect of merger and acquisition on operating cash flow for non financial companies. This research is calculated using the quantitative approach and time series method. The hypothesis is analyze using the Wilcoxon test. The result indicate that there is a difference in operating cash flow before and after merger and acquisition.
