"Penelitian ini membahas manajemen risiko dalam pengembangan proyek keretaapi dengan skema kerjasama pemerintah dan swasta di Kalimantan Tengah.Dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang potensial dari tiap tahapanproyek yang terbagi ke dalam lima tahapan, mulai dari tahap FS (FeasibilityStudy) / studi kelayakan, tahap transaksi kerjasama (pengadaan), tahap DED(Detil Engineering Design), tahap konstruksi serta tahap operasional dan pemeliharaan kemudian akan coba dilihat pengaruh dampak risiko dan penyebabnya dengan metode penelitian AHP (analytical Hierarchi Process) makadidapatkan hasil bahwa yang paling bepengaruh terhadap investasi dan waktu proyek adalah pada tahap konstruksi yaitu Proyek terlambat terkait dengan pembebasan lahan dengan mitigasi bahwa pembebasan lahan perlu dilakukan dengan baik sebelum proyek dilaksanakan dengan mengacu kepada peraturan peraturan yang berlaku.

The content of this study is about risk management in the development of PPP (Public Private Partnership) schemes railway project in Central Kalimantan.
