This journal discusses the framing of the news in November 2014 conducted by Republika Online on leadership image of Prabowo Subianto a presidential candidate in the presidential election Pilpres 2014 Image is a very important thing that should be owned by the political leaders and the making of image in media can also be associated with the news production process from the media The Author uses the method of analysis from Entman that addresses four dimensions of the framing the definition of the problem diagnose the cause moral judgment and treatment recommendation The analysis ends with two major discoveries 1 The style of writing of analyzed news articles establishes the framing effect which creates the image of the leadership of Prabowo as a person who has outstanding leadership and decision making ability and becomes more friendly and humorous and 2 Prabowo does not provide an explicit statement of opinion on the rising fuel prices an issue which is being very popularly discussed when analyzed news articles published."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai implikasi hukum Akta Kuasa Menjual palsu terhadap akta pemindahan hak dan pihak-pihak dalam akta. Permasalahan dalam tesis ini adalah pertanggungjawaban Notaris terhadap pemalsuan Akta Kuasa Menjual berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1209 K/Pid/2022 dan implikasi hukum Akta Kuasa Menjual palsu terhadap akta pemindahan hak dan pihak-pihak dalam akta berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1209 K/Pid/2022. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode penelitian doktrinal dan data yang digunakan berupa studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Notaris yang membuat Akta Kuasa Menjual palsu dinyatakan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana pemalsuan surat sebagaimana Pasal 264 Ayat (1) KUHP, sehingga harus bertanggung jawab baik secara pidana, perdata dan administratif. Akta Kuasa Menjual dan Akta Jual Beli yang dibuat dengan berdasarkan Akta Kuasa Menjual palsu tersebut tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum dan dapat dibatalkan sebagaimana Peraturan Menteri ATR/BPN Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 sehingga hak atas tanahnya harus dipulihkan atau dikembalikan kepada pemilik yang sebenarnya. Terhadap pihak-pihak pembeli dan pemilik hak atas tanah yang sebenarnya maka keduanya dapat memperoleh perlindungan hukum. Bagi pemilik yang sebenarnya, dapat mendapatkan kembali hak atas tanah dan sertipikat dipulihkan menjadi atas namanya kembali serta dapat memperoleh ganti rugi dari para pelaku yang terlibat dalam pemalsuan akta. Bagi para pembeli beriktikad baik dapat memperoleh ganti rugi dari para pelaku yang terlibat dalam pemalsuan akta. Apabila antara pemilik yang sebenarnya dengan pembeli beriktikad baik sepakat untuk tetap melakukan pemindahan hak atas tanah maka penyelesaiannya dilakukan melalui mekanisme pemilik yang sebenarnya tetap menjual kembali hak atas tanah kepada para pembeli beriktikad baik, namun untuk biaya pembeliannya dibayarkan oleh para pelaku yang terlibat dalam pemalsuan akta.

This thesis discusses the legal implications of a fake Power of Attorney Deed on the deed of transfer of rights and the parties in the deed. The problem in this thesis is the notary's responsibility for the forgery of the Power of Attorney to Sell based on Supreme Court Decision Number 1209 K/Pid/2022 and the legal implications of the fake Power of Attorney Deed to transfer rights and the parties to the deed based on Supreme Court Decision Number 1209 K/Pid/2022. The research method used is a doctrinal research method and the data used is in the form of a literature study. The result of this study is that the Notary who made a fake Power of Attorney Deed was found guilty of committing the crime of forging a letter as per Article 264 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, so that he must be held criminally, civilly and administratively responsible. The Power of Attorney to Sell and the Deed of Sale made based on the fake Power of Attorney Deed do not have legal force and can be canceled as per the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/BPN Number 21 of 2020 so that the rights to the land must be restored or returned to the actual owner. For the buyers and the actual owners of land rights, both can obtain legal protection. For the actual owner, he can regain the right to land and the certificate is restored to his name and can obtain compensation from the perpetrators involved in the forgery of the deed. For buyers in good faith, they can obtain compensation from the perpetrators involved in the forgery of deeds. If the actual owner and the buyer in good faith agree to continue to transfer the land rights, the settlement is carried out through the mechanism of the actual owner who continues to resell the land rights to the buyers in good faith, but the purchase cost is paid by the perpetrators involved in the forgery of the deed."
