"Penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan post operasi CABG, penulis menggunakan pendekatan teori keperawatan Model Sistem Neuman. Neuman memandang manusia atau klien secara keseluruhan (holistic) yang terdiri dari faktor fisiologis, psikologis, sosial budaya, faktor perkembangan, dan faktor spiritual. Sebagai perawat spesialis KMB harus menjalankan peran sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan, pendidik, peneliti, dan sebagai innovator. Teori MSN diterapkan pada 30 kasus resume yaitu kasus STEMI, NSTEMI ,ACS, CHF, Post CABG. Peran perawat spesialis sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan dilaksanankan pada pasien post CABG. Peran sebagai peneliti dilakukan dengan melaksanakan penilaian status fungsional pasien gagal jantung dengan menggunakan Bathel Index.Sebagai inovator penulis berperan melakukan inovasi pembuatan format bedside handover di GP2 lantai 3 RSPJNHK Jakarta. Dalam praktik pelayanan keperawatan, penggunaan model teori keperawatan ini akan membantu perawat dalam mendefinisikan area penilaian stressor dari pasien dan memberikan pedoman untuk menentukan standar pencapaian hasil yang sesuai. Model dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan keperawatan, riset, administrasi dan secara langsung dapat digunakan dipelayanan keperawatan. Penulis selama menerapkan teori MSN dalam asuhan keperawatan menerapkan prinsip legal, etik, dan humanistic.
