Directory of Indonesianist is one of the reference collections that a library must provide. Only a few libraries provide it. The second fact is the directory of Indonesianist is an old publication that never has a new version. This directory is printed material and limited edition, it makes the library-user difficult to find the Indonesianist data. Until this time, there is no one of directory of Indonesianist administered online. This research purposed to build an online web based directory of Indonesianist database by using SLiMS Cendana. This research has five steps: (1) preliminary investigation; (2) choosing the sample of Indonesianist data and publication using googlescholar, scholarometer and googlebooks; (3) studying SLiMS, (4) making a prototipe based on study about SLiMS in the previous step; (5) examination of the recall and precision of the search engine of the directory of Indonesianist database that has been created. The making of the application uses prototyping method by modifying SLiMS, the process prototyping using flowchart and data flow diagram (DFD), and the data prototyping using entity relationship diagram (ERD). The Indonesianists data can be presented by name, domicile, social sciences, topics research, areas of research, background of education, research titles, titles of journals, and the office where Indonesianis worked. This reserach succeed to build an online database directory Indonesianists can used in accordance with library-user needs.

Penelitian dan kajian dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan temuan-temuan baru atau memperbarui temuan yang telah ada sebelumnya, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas suatu bidang ilmu bagi kehidupan umat manusia. Penggunaan sitiran dalam karya tulis ilmiah merupakan suatu bentuk komunikasi antara pengarang yang menyitir dan pengarang karya ilmiah yang disitir. Sitiran digunakan karena relevansinya terhadap suatu subjek yang sedang dikaji. Sehingga akan dapat dilihat hubungan yang terjadi antara karya tulis satu dengan yang lainnya. Kajian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antar karya ilmiah dan melihat kolaborasi pengarang yang ada di Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Komputer IPB melalui co-authorship, co-bibliographic, dan co-descriptor. Diharapkan dengan adanya kajian ini dapat dilihat pemetaan subjek yang telah diteliti di Ilmu Komputer IPB dalam kurun waktu 2006 sampai dengan 2008.

Analisis kemampuan dan kemauan membayar masyarakat terhadap tarif pelayanan kesehatan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kemampuan membayar (ATP) dan kemauan membayar (WTP) terhadap- tarif pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Cikole Kabupaten Daerah Tingkat II Bandung, dikaitkan dengan adanya perubahan tarif dan Rp. 700,- menjadi Rp. 2000,- sesuai Perda No. X Tahun 1997. Penelitian merupakan analisis deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dengan mengadakan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang mengacu pada instrumen Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional 1995 terhadap keluarga yang pernah berobat ke Puskesmas setelah adanya kenaikan tarif. Hasil penelitian dideskripsikan melalui analisis persentase masyarakat yang "tersingkir" pada tarif tertentu. Hasil analisis antara lain terlihat masyarakat masih mempunyai kemampuan dalam membayar tarif Puskesmas sesuai Perda No. X Tahun 1997. Hal ini ditunjukkan dalam simulasi ATP1 (pengeluaran bukan makanan) dan ATP2 (pengeluaran non esensial), sedangkan bila disimulasikan dengan ATP3 (5% pengeluaran bukan makanan) maka sebesar 6% masyarakat akan "tersingkir ". Apabila biaya pelayanan berada di atas tarif yang ditetapkan yaitu misalnya ditambah dengan adanya pembebanan bagi pembelian jarum suntik, dimana tambahan biaya pembebanan juga meningkat dengan adanya kenaikan harga akibat krisis moneter akan mengakibatkan biaya pelayanan Puskesmas Cikole semakin tinggi, dan semakin banyak masyarakat yang tersingkir dari pelayanan Puskesmas. Turunnya kunjungan Puskesmas Cikole setelah diberlakukannya tarif baru - Rp.2000,- bukan sekedar disebabkan oleh adanya peningkatan tarif tersebut, tetapi merupakan dampak akumulatif dari adanya peningkatan tarif dan situasi moneter. Masyarakat yang tersingkir perlu didukung dengan program kartu sehat dan juga melaksanakan efisiensi biaya operasional untuk mengurangi pembebanan biaya pelayanan.
People's Ability to Pay and Willing to Pay Analysis upon the Health Service Tariff of Puskesmas Cikole, Kabupaten Daerah Tingkat II BandungPeople's ability to pay and willing to pay analysis upon the health service tariff' is aimed for getting the view of ability to pay and willing to pay upon the health service tariff at Puskesmas Cikole Kabupaten Daerah Tingkat II Bandung, related to the increasing tariff from Rp. 700,- to Rp. 2000,- according to Perda No. X /1997. This research is a descriptive analysis with cross sectional outline. The data gathered by carrying out interviews using questionaires according to " Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional 1995 " instrument to the families who have gone to get a medicaL treatment at the Puskesmas after the tariff increasing. The result of this reseach is described through the percentage analysis of people eliminated at a certain tariff. From the analysis, it seems that people still have the ability to pay Puskesmas tariff according to Perda No. X / 1997. This is shown in ATP 1 ( non - food expenses ) and ATP 2 ( non - essensial expenses) simulation, whereas if it was simulated by the ATP 3 ( 5% non - food expenses ), the 6 % of people will be eliminated. If the service cost is higher than the stated tariff; for example, addition with expenses for purchasing syringe, where the addition was also increased by the increasing prices as the result of monetary crisis, will make the service cost at Puskesmas Cikole higher, and more people will be eliminated from the Puskesmas services. The decreasing visits to Puskesmas Cikole after the new tariff Rp. 2000,-implemented, is not only because of the increase tariff; but also a cummulative effect from the increased tariff and monetary situation. The peoplie who are eliminated need to be supported by the " Kartu Sehat " program and also by carrying out operational cost efficiency to lessen cost burdening.

The existence of human resources in management is very strategic; even it becomes a crucial factor to success in implementing any activities and achieving its goals. It can be comprehended because even other resources are available; they are beneficial if other resources are empowered by good quality human resources. It means that human who has ability and willingness, and meets the need of organizational activities will accomplish expected productivity of work. This research aims to analyze the main problem in this thesis which is, is there any relation between human resource empowemlent with employee's productivity of work in that institution and what are the factors which relate to human resource empowerment" The aim of the research is to analyze, the relation between human resource empowerment and employee's productivity of work and factors which are significant in the human resource empowerment process. The method of survey is used in this research which is carried out in the National Law Education Institution. It is applied to analyze the population (universe), big and small population, then select and analyze the sample which is chosen from the population, to find incident, distribution, and relative inter-relation of the sociology and psychology variables. The result of the analysis show that respondents characteristics influence the productivity except age of respondent. Meanwhile, correlation between empowerment of human resource and empIoyee's productivity of work is significantly strong, The factors which intiuence the empowerment of human resource are ability, employee?s work placement, obvious authority, responsibility, trust, support, leadership and motivation.

Seiring dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan global dan berfluktuasinya tarif tenaga listrik PLN, banyak perusahaan industri besar pelanggan PLN yang berkeinginan untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan pembangkit sendiri. Meski demikian, perusahaan industri tersebut merasa bahwa pasokan tenaga listrik PLN tetap dibutuhkan karena tidak mungkin pembangkit sendiri mereka bisa beroperasi secara terus-menerus tanpa gangguan sepanjang waktu, sehingga bermaksud melakukan interkoneksi pembangkit sendiri milik mereka dengan jaringan PLN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi model perhitungan biaya layanan daya listrik cadangan untuk selanjutnya diusulkan menjadi referensi bagi Pemerintah. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan aplikasi model menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi tertentu, biaya pembangkit sendiri ditambah biaya layanan daya listrik cadangan yang lebih murah daripada tarif tenaga listrik PLN dapat diperoleh. Berdasarkan asumsi-asumsi yang digunakan pada kondisi PLN menyiapkan daya cadangan sebesar 10% dari kebutuhan, tarif layanan daya cadangan minimal sebesar Rp 9.300/kW/bulan dan tarif kWh cadangan sebesar minimal Rp 2.007/kWh ...... As global competition becoming more and more tighten while PLN?s tariff fluctuate monthly, some PLN?s big industrial customers are willing to construct and operate their own power plants. However, those customer realize that they still need PLN?s support because it it impossible their power plants can operate continuously and outage-free all the time, so they want to interconnect their power plants to PLN?s grid. This research?s goal is to create model application to calculate back-up electric power service charge which can be proposed as a reference to the Government. Calculation using the model application shows that in certain condition captive power plant?s cost plus back-up electric power service charge that is less than PLN?s tariff can be achieved. Based on assumptions used in condition PLN prepares back-up power at 10% of total required, back-up power service charge at minimum is Rp 9.300/kW/month and back-up energy charge at minimum is Rp 2.007/kWh.

Tujuan : Pekerja di RS P merupakan pekerja yang harus menghadapi situasi kerja yang sangat berisiko terjadinya kejadian bullying dari berbagai pihak dan menuntut perfoma yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan Workplace Bullying, Psychological Distress, dan Job Performance pada pekerja di RS P. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectionaldengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara acak kepada kelompok pekerja yang bekerja di RS P dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 195 orang. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi, cross tabulasi dan dianalisis hubungannya dengan metode uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat korelasi positif (signifikansi 0,000) dengan kekuatan korelasi yang cukup (0,412) antara Workplace Bullying dengan Psychological Distress. Namun tidak terdapat korelasi (signifikansi 0,350) terkait kejadian workplace bullying dengan peningkatan maupun punurunan dari job performance pekerja di RS P.Tidak terdapat korelasi antara psychological distress dengan job performance (signifikansi 0,158).Mayoritas responden tidak mengalami bullying (84,6 %), tidak mengalami psychological distress (77,4 %), danjob performance dari pekerja di RS P mayoritas sesuai standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan (93,8 %). Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen masih dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor mediator yang lain. Walaupun didapatkan kejadian bullying yang rendah di RS P,manajemen harus tetap waspada dan segera bertindak untuk mengidentifikasi dan mencegah terjadinya perilaku bullying tersebut.Hal ini penting untuk mencegah terjadinya korban bullying dan penerapan program anti bullying yang tepat di tempat kerja, sehingga tingkat psychological distress tidak meningkat dan job performance tetap terjaga dengan baik. Disamping itu perlunya meningkatkan motivasi pekerja dan fasilitas-fasilitas yang didapat oleh pekerja, sehingga mengurangi dampak bullying di tempat kerja maupun psychological distress di RS P ......Objective : Workers in RS P are workers who have to face a work situation that is very risky for bullying from various parties and demands high performance. This study aims to assess the relationship between Workplace Bullying, Psychological Distress, and Job Performance on workers at RS P. Methods : This study is a cross-sectional study using a questionnaire that was distributed randomly to groups of workers who work in RS P with a total of 195 respondents. The collected data was then processed using a frequency distribution table, cross tabulation and analyzed its relationship with the Spearman correlation test method Results : The results showed that there was a positive correlation (significance 0.000) with sufficient correlation strength (0.412) between Workplace Bullying and Psychological Distress. However, there is no correlation (significance 0.350) related to the incidence of workplace bullying with an increase or decrease in the job performance of workers at RS P. There is no correlation between psychological distress and job performance (significance 0.158). The majority of respondents did not experience bullying (84.6 %), did not experience psychological distress (77.4% %), and the job performance of the workers in RS P was the majority according to the standards set by the company (93.8 %). Conclusion : The results of the study indicate that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is still influenced by other mediator factors. Even though there is a low incidence of bullying in RS P, management must remain vigilant and act immediately to identify and prevent the occurrence of bullying behavior. This is important to prevent bullying victims and to implement appropriate anti-bullying programs in the workplace, so that the level of psychological distress does not increase and job performance is maintained properly. Besides that, it is necessary to increase the motivation of workers and the facilities obtained by workers, thereby reducing the impact of bullying in the workplace and psychological distress at RS P..
