"Hambatan mobilitas fisik menyebabkan lansia mengalami keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari yang mengakibatkan pada penurunan kualitas hidup. Penulis memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada Nenek S yang berusia 63 tahun dengan diagnosis keperawatan utama hambatan mobilitas fisik. Intervensi keperawatan utama yang diberikan adalah latihan range of motion (ROM) yang dikombinasikan dengan mirror therapy. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan ROM dengan mirror therapy pada klien lansia post-stroke yang mengalami hemiparese. Metode yang digunakan adalah case report. Intervensi diberikan dua kali dalam sehari selama 14 hari dengan durasi 10—15 menit. Hasil dari ROM dengan mirror therapy menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kekuatan otot satu skala pada ekstremitas kanan atas dan bawah yang mengalami hemiparese. Adanya hasil tersebut diharapkan latihan range of motion dengan mirror therapy dapat diterapkan pada asuhan keperawatan sebagai terapi alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan rentang pergerakan sendi lansia terutama pada lansia post-stroke.

Impaired physical mobility causes the elderly to experience limitations in carrying out activities of daily living which results in a decrease in quality of life. The author provides nursing care to 63-year-old Grandma S with the main nursing diagnosis of impaired physical mobility. The main nursing interventions provided were range of motion (ROM) exercises combined with mirror therapy. This scientific work aims to provide an overview of the application of ROM and mirror therapy in post-stroke elderly clients who experience hemiparese. The method used is a case report. The intervention was given twice a day for 14 days with a duration of 10-15 minutes. The results of ROM with mirror therapy showed an increase in one-scale muscle strength in the right upper and lower extremities experiencing hemiparesis. It is hoped that range of motion exercises with mirror therapy can be applied to nursing care as an alternative therapy that can be used to increase muscle strength and range of movement of elderly joints, especially in post-stroke elderly."

"Remaja berada pada fase pencarian jati dirinya, sebagaimana tahap perkembangan psikososial remaja yaitu identity versus role confusion. Pencarian identitas diri remaja seringkali dikaitkan dengan tokoh idola yang rentan menimbulkan perilaku parasosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara parasocial relationship dengan status identitas diri remaja penggemar K-Pop di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif jenis analisis-korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional ini melibatkan 108 remaja penggemar K-Pop di DKI Jakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen Ego Identity Process Questionnaire digunakan untuk mengukur status identitas diri dan Celebrity Attitude Scale untuk mengukur hubungan parasosial. Hasil analisis univariat yaitu sebanyak 35,2% remaja berada pada fase identitas diri achievement dan 50% remaja memiliki hubungan parasosial dengan tokoh idolanya pada tingkat intense personal feeling. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman rho menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara hubungan parasosial dengan status identitas diri remaja penggemar K-Pop di DKI Jakarta (p value: 0.005 r: -0.271). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah aktivitas pengidolaan membentuk hubungan parasosial dengan tokoh idola yang turut memengaruhi status identitas diri yang dicapai oleh remaja pada tahap perkembangannya. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengaitkan variabel lain yang berkaitan dengan hubungan parasosial terhadap status identitas diri remaja.

Adolescents are in an identity-searching period, as is the stage of adolescent psychosocial development, specifically identity vs role confusion. The search for self-identity in adolescents is frequently related with idol figures who are prone to triggering parasocial conduct. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between parasocial relationships and self-identity construction among K-Pop enthusiasts in DKI Jakarta. This study recruited 108 teenage K-Pop enthusiasts in DKI Jakarta who were chosen using a simple random samplingsimple strategy and a quantitative method of correlation-analysis. The Ego Identity Process Questionnaire was used to assess identity status, and the Celebrity Attitude Scale to measure parasocial relationships. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 35,2% of adolescents were in the achievement self-identity phase and 50% of adolescents had a parasocial relationship with their idol at the level of intense personal feeling. The results of bivariate analysis using the Spearman rho test showed that there was a significant relationship between parasocial relations and the self-identity status of young K-Pop fans in DKI Jakarta (p value: 0.005 r: -0.271). The conclusion of this study is that idolizing activities form parasocial relationships with idol figures which also influence the identity status achieved by adolescents at their developmental stage. Future research is expected to be able to relate other variables related to parasocial relationships to adolescent self-identity status."
